New Year Celebration 2022 Celebrations and festivities add zeal and jubilance to the spirits, and create a positive environment at work place. IIMT treats all its employees as an extended family. Henceforth the beginning of the year 2022 was given a grand welcome by organizing a grand event ,where all the IIMT family members, celebrated, danced and enjoyed with open heart.

Makarsankranti clebration Kite is associated with the feeling of freedom, Festivity, joy and patriotism. To encourage the imagination and creativity of our pupil teacher, Art and Craft Club of B.Ed. Department of IIMT College of Science and Technology organized ONLINE Kite making and Decoration Activity on January 13 , 2022. Kite is also the symbol of Makar Sankranti which we celebrate on 14 January. To spread awareness and to connect with our culture, on the occasion of lohri and Maker Sankranti , this kite making Activity was successfully conducted.

Department of IIMT College of Science & Technology organized Toran making, Saraswati Poojan on the auspicious day of Basant panchmi. This activity was conductedboth online and offline where toran making was done online and Saraswati pujan was done offline in college campus,in the presences of all the faculty and staff members
Education is not mere gaining a professional degree, it has a deeper purpose of creating sensible citizens, valuing their culture, ethnicity and patriotic responsibility towards their Nation. We at IIMT College of Sci & Tech, truly believes in inculcating such values and vision in the students. Referring to the same, an online celebration of Republic Day was held on 26th Jan 2022,where students exhibited their skills and talent through singing, poetry and poster making.

Healthy society is a basic foundation of building a powerful nation. A social set up where all the human beings and gender are treated equal and given mutual respect, will beget peace and progress. Students & faculty Enrichment Programe GUEST LECTURE (B.Ed Department) Teaching profession is not mere about imparting knowledge, but also about updating in accordance with the global trends & norms. Being Teacher, is about continual learning and enhancing skills to light the corridors of younger generation. Henceforth IIMT organized, a Guest Lecture related to the field of Education & Teaching for the enrichment of the B.Ed students .(14 Feburary 2022) The Guest Speaker was Dr.Vijay Kumar Rai (Principal of Modern College Of Education ,Sangroor Punjab). The topic of the Lecture was ‘Bloom’s Taxonomy and Application on Lesson Planning. The objective of the session was the get the aspiring teaching professionals to get acquainted with holistic purpose of teacher training. The gist of the lecture was that Teaching is all about correct planning, imparting and outcomes

Micro Teaching,Simulation and Teaching Practice Workshop on Micro Teaching was organized by B.Ed. Department of IIMT College of Sci & Tech in the from 14th Feburary to 12th March (2022)
Teaching Practice session was organized by B.Ed. Department of IIMT College of Science & Technology at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Inter college , Surajpur Gr. Noida. Teaching practice is the vital component of teacher education and training because it provides student teachers with an opportunity to learn from experience at the work place. MicroTeaching, Simulation and Teaching Practice is the most important part of B.Ed Syllabus. Total seven teaching skills were practiced in Microteaching session. So for both pedagogy subject ,14 Microteaching skills were practiced. After that 5 lesson plans were prepared for Simulation session. Further getting trained in teaching skill, all the students were taken to different schools for real class room experience.

Environmental awareness Campaign Paryavaran Rally, Cleanliness & Say ‘NO’ to Plastic Drive

keep our surroundings and environment clean. We are at edge of loosing Nature’s lap, hence its utmost important that we as a society make collective efforts to save our mother earth. For this social awareness cause the students and faculty/staff members of IIMT College of Science and Technology conducted Paryavaran Rally
in the month of March (9th March 2022)to spread the message of saving Earth and importance of going green by eradicating mal practices of using plastic and toxic elements harming nature
Women & Child Welfare Initiatives ‘B.Ed. Department of IIMT College of Science & Technology conducted varied social welfare event in the month of Feburary related to children & women like childhood care & educational session in collaboration with Aangan wadi of Surajpur centre greater Noida, Women’s day celebration & yoga & PT session with students of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Inter College, Surajpur. All the students and Faculty members zestfully made best of the efforts to contribute in this social welfare drive.

Workshops & Webinar In today's fast pacing world ,communications kills and language proficiency are significant tools to grow professionally. Students ,need a continuous assistance and training in order to acquire language skills, for which the mentors at IIMT keep a track record of learners and provide training as per their learning needs. So, language workshop of one week(22th March to 29th March ,2022) for the students of both B.Sc (CS) and B.Ed department was conducted in order to develop a better knowledge and comprehension of Both Hindi and English Language. The concerned subject teacher and PDP trainers of the departments took the session.
Learners enhancing Language proficiency
Two days virtual workshop was organized in the department of B.Sc (CS)This training session was conducted to make the students understand about the “C Programming”. The speaker for the session was Mr. ATUL KUMAR In association with DUCAT,NOIDA. The guest speaker enriched the students’ understanding by sharing his knowledge on basics of programming C .Further he also explained why C language is used as a basics of programming language. Mr. Atul has also explained the problem solving in programming with strategic approach. And end the session with the future use of C language in tech world.
The department of B.Sc (CS) organized a national webinar on Artificial Intelligence. The Expert and the key speaker of the session was Mr Aditya, from DUCAT Noida, having 15 years of industry experience. The aspiring technocrats were introduced with the various aspects and practical examples of Python & Artificial Intelligence.

All the candidates of B.Sc second year showed great amount of zeal through their active participation. The topic of the debate was: ‘Traditional Vs Online Learning: Which is more effective?’ It was a team wise competition: Group A and Group B. Team A supported the side that online teaching learning process ,technology and availability of study material has made it convenient ,on the other hand team B advocated that Human Intelligence can’t be replaced by computers and machinery, which itself is man- made.
