GREEN HANDS FOR A GREEENER EARTH

By: Junior GS FRENZYLLE DAINE LULYN BALOGO

"We are the ones needed to save Mother Earth. We cannot always trust the government. We should make a change together.

What do we need to do to save our Mother Earth? Most of us know that our planet is suffering due to the pollution that we are giving it every day. Some of us just forget about it and leave like nothing happened.

So what can we contribute to save our home? There are many things that we can do, like planting trees or plants. By planting trees, it can help reduce the risk of landslide, flooding, and many more. Trees also provide a clean breeze of oxygen. Trees also is also a source of lumber for construction of houses and buildings. Another way to save Mother Earth is helping in cleaning the streets. There are some organized events which help in cleaning the streets, the schools, malls, and other community places. We can volunteer in these sort of activities.

LIVING FOR BIKING

By: Junior GS FRANCHESKA JALANDO-ON

Biking for some is a way they can achieve peace, a sense of freedom, sometimes a time when they can reflect, or test someone's endurance when coming home late. Biking has made other people healthier and stronger, some of which even have much clearer skin due to biking, or have even more scars and wounds.

Biking is a way where people can find new adventures, new places, and friends. Biking is also a way to spend a good time with family members and friends.

Seek professional advice and help when going biking, get the right gears and tools and make sure your seat level is ok. Stay safe and wear your helmets. See you on the road, friends!

"Biking is like life. You need to balance all the areas of your life. If not, you will fall down.

The wind may sometimes be against you but you just have to continue and never give up. When the wind is at your back, then do not hesitate to grab the opportunity to move faster. "
