- Overlook and lead Team Freshies - Strengthen the projects and activities directly involving freshmen participation - Make sure that all freshmen have good impressions on IE Club

- Overlook and lead Team Apps - Imbibe the Clubber Spirit in all applicants - Encourage all applicants to accomplish all their requirements
Associate Director for Applications
- In-charge of monitoring the continuing applicants from the previous semester - Keep track of the applicants’ progress through the grading system
Director for Member Communications
- Overlook and lead Team Mems - Unite Memcomm through monthly meetings and team building activities - Encourage members to interact more with the applicants – bridge them
PM for Challenge Month
- Come up with 4 fun weekly challenges that promotes app-mem interaction
PM for Sigsheet
- Re-design the sigsheet: overall design and contents
PM for Apps Night
- Guide the applicants from the planning stage to the execution of their party
PM for Apps Outreach
- Guide the applicants from the planning stage to execution of their outreach
PM for Step App
- Lead a team of 5 liaison officers to the 5 committees of IE Club wherein the applicants will intern - Make sure that applicants learn proper project management
PM for Org Quiz and Interviews
- Make a new org quiz that will measure the applicants’ knowledge on IE Club (midsem) - Make sure that the final interviews are properly carried out
PM for Early Registration
- Coordinate and lead Team ER and make sure IE Club is always first to communicate with the freshmen
Head of Logistics
- Prepare a really impressive and useful freshman survival kit
Head of Man Power
- Create a team of Clubbers who will assist and enter the freshmen during ER
PM for Opening Week
- Create a team with N (N = number of days in OW) heads - Assist the freshmen in OW activities and establish good relations with them
PM for Acquaintance Party
- Create a fun and memorable gathering wherein the freshmen will get to know their batch mates and the Clubbers as well
PM for Publicity
- Much like what was done in 10B, create posters and videos to promote IEC - Coordinate with PM for Recruitment of Un-affiliated Students PM for Buddy Bidding
- Find potential Clubber buddies - Organize and facilitate the bidding - Collect the fees
PM for Buddy System
- Make sure that all the Clubber buddies are updated with the applicants activities and their status (progress – grade)
PM for Buddy Day
- Organize a team building event attended by the applicants and their buddies
PM for Recruitment of Un-aff Students
- Coordinate with PM for Publicity in recruiting un-affiliated IE students
