UXBAN uses innovative approaches to transform properties with a high improvement potential in order to maximize their real estate value. We develop turnkey projects, providing integrated services of due diligence, architectural projects and computer graphics, cost and construction control, interior design and home staging, and marketing and sales management. Furthermore, UXBAN undertakes project financing, assuming the total or partial cost of projects in which the ultimate objective is the sale of the finished product.

Arboribus Carles Escolano es cofundador de Arboribus, star-tup finalista en el programa PasionIE. A través de una plataforma web, Arboribus permite la inversión directa de personas en pequeñas y medianas empresas que necesitan financiación y demuestran una buena solvencia. Las inversiones son en forma de préstamo y Arboribus formaliza los contratos, hace el seguimiento y gestiona los pagos. Mediante un proceso de subasta, los inversores eligen a quién, cuánto y qué tipo de interés ofrecen, y la empresa acepta (o no) la oferta resultante. Este modelo se conoce como crowdlending. Dicho modelo permite canalizar el ahorro directamente a la economía productiva y ofrecer una alternativa al crédito bancario para pymes que sufren las restricciones y el elevado coste de la financiación bancaria. Solo se financian empresas ya consolidadas y que necesitan financiar su circulante, la adquisición de activos o su expansión. Al mismo tiempo, permite que los inversores obtengan rentabilidades atractivas con una transparencia y control total sobre lo que se financia con su dinero. En sus primeros siete meses de actividad se han formalizado las primeras ocho operaciones de préstamos por un valor total de 223.000 euros, con
tipos de interés entre el 6,5 y el 10%. La plataforma ya cuenta con 800 inversores registrados de toda España y la empresa tiene presencia en Madrid y Barcelona. Carles Escolano is a co-founder of Arboribus, a finalist startup in PasionIE. Through its web platform Arboribus enables people to lend money directly to small and medium sized businesses that need funding and demonstrate a good credit score. Investments are in the form of loans and Arboribus formalizes loan contracts, monitors loan performance and manages payments. Investors use an auction process to choose which companies they want to lend to, how much money they want to lend, and at what interest rate (there are no minimum amounts). The company is free to accept (or not) the resulting offer. This model is known as “crowdlending”. The model permits savings to flow directly to the real economy and offers a non-banking source of finance for SMEs suffering credit restrictions and high financing costs. The model is targeted at wellestablished companies that need to finance either working capital, new assets or their expansion.
The model also offers investors the opportunity to have attractive financial returns, full control of their investments, and full transparency on what is being financed with their money. In its first 7 months Arboribus has formalized 8 loan contracts totalling €223,000 with interest rates of between 6.5 and 10%.
