M argaret P eta M i LL er (nee Ling)
Mardie lived a very full and wonderful life. She was a loving wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. As well as being a true and loyal friend to so many.

•
She had many great adventures in her life. Her travels took her to Ceylon (Sri Lanka), India, Canada, Australia, America, Hawaii, Singapore and many, many countries throughout continental Europe. Not to mention the travelling she did up and down the UK and, of course, in her beloved Scotland.
•
She served her family and her country well.

Hymn: Make Me The Channel of Your Peace
Make me a channel of your peace
Where there is hatred let me bring your love
Where there is injury, your pardon Lord
And where there’s doubt, true faith in you
Make me a channel of your peace
Where there’s despair in life let me bring hope
Where there is darkness, only light
And where there’s sadness ever joy
Oh, master grant that I may never seek
So much to be consoled as to console
To be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love with all my soul
•
Make me a channel of your peace
It isn’t pardoning that we are pardoned
In giving to all men let we receive
And in dying that we’re born to turn around
Oh, master grant that I may never seek
So much to be consoled as to console
To be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love with all my soul
Make me a channel of your peace
Where there’s despair in life let me bring hope
Where there is darkness, only light
And where there’s sadness ever joy

Hymn: When the Roll Is Called Up Yonder
1 When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound and time shall be no more, And the morning breaks, eternal, bright and fair; When the saved of earth shall gather over on the other shore, And the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there.
Refrain: When the roll is called up yonder, When the roll is called up yonder, When the roll is called up yonder, When the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there.
2 On that bright and cloudless morning when the dead in Christ shall rise, And the glory of his resurrection share; When his chosen ones shall gather to their home beyond the skies, And the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there.
Refrain:
3 Let us labour for the Master from the dawn till setting sun; Let us talk of all his wondrous love and care. Then when all of life is over and our work on earth is done,
Refrain:
May God’s Blessing Be Upon
May God’s Blessing surround you each day, As you trust Him and walk in His Way. May His presence within, Guard and keep you from sin. Go in Peace. Go in Joy. Go in Love.

Let’s say goodbye with a smile, dear Just for a while dear we must part Don’t let this parting upset you I’ll not forget you, sweetheart

•

And I will just say hello
To the folks that you know Tell them you won’t be long They’ll be happy to know That as I saw you go You were singing this song •
We’ll meet again, don’t know where, don’t know when But I know we’ll meet again some sunny day Keep smiling through, just like you always do ‘Til the blue skies chase those dark clouds far away

The family would like to thank everyone for all their kind words and good wishes at this time.

•
We would also like to express our gratitude to the Staff at Rosaburn House, for all the care and attention afforded to Mardie during her time at the home.

•
We would like to invite friends and family to join us at The Redhurst Hotel, Giffnock where we can take time to share our happy memories of a wonderful life.
