Low academic performance that led to add some programs such as stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination, is a college readiness program designed to help students develop the skills they need to be successful in college (AVID). Also, applying strategies used in AVID classrooms which is letters stand for Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading (WICOR).
