INGREDIENTS:

-350 g of flour

-200 g of butter

-200 g of sugar

-150 g of chocolate chips

-Two eggs

-One pinch of salt

-One teaspoon baking powder

-One tablespoon vanilla essence

PROCEDURE

1. Preheat the oven to 190º

2. Beat the butter and sugar in the bowl, add the vanilla essence and eggs. Beat again and add the chocolate chips.

3. Make balls (big, small, what you prefer) and flatten them with your hands.

4. Put them in the greased tray and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

- 100g of margarine

- 50g of oil

- 30g of onion

- 120g of chopped ham

- 160 of flour

- 800cl of milk

- 6g of nutmeg, pepper and salt

- 2 cups of breadcrumbs

- 3 eggs

1- Put the onion, the margarine and oil in the pan.

2- Fry the onion and add the flour.

3- Fry the flour, add the milk and mix.

4- Then add the nutmeg, the pepper, the salt and chopped ham.

5- Stir everything for 5 minutes.

6- Let it cool.

7- Beat the 3 eggs

8- Take the dough with the spoon and dip in the flour, in the beaten eggs and in the breadcrumbs.

9- Fry the croquettes

INGREDIENTS:

1. 2 eggs

2. 2 cups grated cheese

3. ½ kg flour

4. 1 teaspoon: sugar, baking powder, salt and butter.

5. 1 glass milk

6. 2 cups oil

PROCEDURE

1. Add the flour in the bowl.

8. A small paper

2. Add the teaspoon milk , the sugar, baking powder, salt and butter in the glass

3. Heat for 1 minute.

4. Add the 2 eggs in the glass

5. Mix with our hands properly

6. Add the oil in the bowl and in our hands

7. Mix for 5 minutes

8. Let it cool for 5 minutes, and add the small paper.

9. Do the little balls.

10. Knead the dough and add the grated cheese, fold the dough and seal with the fork, repeat with all.

11. Fry the pasty and add the small paper in the bowl, add the pasty and add the sugar. Enjoy your meal!!!

1. Put eggs, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil in the bowl and mix. Make a dough.

2. Cut the dough in the pasta cutter.

3. Put water in the pot for 2 minutes.

4. Put the oil, chopped chile peppers and bacon in the pan, cut them into squares.

5. And fry everything.

INGREDIENTS:

1. 1 kg Couscous

2. 2l de Water

3. 2 pinch of salt

4. 2 tablespoon of oil

6. 1 Chicken

7. A Courgette

8. A Pumpkin

2. A Special bowl for couscous

1. Cut the vegetables and put them in a bowl.

2. Put 1 kg couscous in a bowl and add a pinch of salt, tablespoon of oil and the water. Put on the special bowl for couscous and chicken, water and the onion in the bottom.

3. Wait for 30 min, then remove the couscous and put in the big bowl and add water and one pinch of salt. Put the vegetables with the chicken.

4. Wait for 30 min, then remove the couscous and put in the big bowl and add the tablespoon oil, water and spices.

5. At the end put vegetables, chicken and couscous in the bowl.

INGREDIENTS:

- 1kg potato

- 10 eggs

- One onion

- A pinch of salt

- 2 glasses of oil

PROCEDURE

1. Peel the potatoes and onion.

2. Cut the potatoes and onion.

3. Take a pan and put 2 glasses of oil. When the oil is hot, put the potatoes and onion.

4. Add a pinch of salt.

5. Beat the eggs in the bowl.

6. When the potatoes and onion are done, put in the bowl and mix.

7. Fry in the pan and when it is done turn it over.

7 POTATO OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS:

- 500 g Chickpeas

- A pinch of salt

- 1 Clove of garlic

- 1 l water

- 1 onion

- 1 Green pepper

- 1 carrot

- 2 tablespoons oil

- A pressure cooker

- Put the chickpeas in a bowl with the water for 10 hours.

- Put the chickpeas in the pressure cooker.

- Wash and peel the carrot, the onion, the green pepper and the garlic.

- Add the oil and the pinch of salt.

- Cook the chickpeas for 2 hours.

INGREDIENTS:

- 90ml milk - 250g flour wheat

- 100g sugar - 150g butter

- 25g yeast - One teaspoon vanilla essence

- 2 eggs - A pinch of salt

COOKING TOOLS:

- A big bowl - A device to make waffles

- A fork - A film paper

- A cup

PROCEDURE:

1. Add the yeast and vanilla essence in the milk.

2. Add the flour and salt in the big bowl and stir

3. Add the milk with yeast and eggs and stir.

4. Put the dough with film paper, for 30 or 40 min.

5. Add the butter and sugar in the dough and knead.

6. Put butter in the device to make waffles. Hot the waffles for 6 or 7 min.

1. Beat the eggs with the whisk very fast in the bowl.

4. Put the cupcakes paper under the bowl and pop in the papers.

5. Put in the oven for 15 min to 200º C

20 CUPCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

-4 pork chops

- 4 slices cheese

-4 slices ham

- 16 peppers

-2 potatoes

-1 onion

-2 garlic cloves

-Breadcrumbs

-Black pepper

- 1 cup of oil

- 1 pinch of salt

PROCEDURE

1- Put black pepper, a little bit of salt and oil in the lunch box . Roast in the oven at 180 degrees for twenty mins.

2-Peel the potatoes and cut in at slices. Fry the garlic cloves and add the onion.

3- Cut the pork chops in two.Stuff each one with cheese and ham.

4-Salt and pepper the chops on both sides, pass it through breadcrumbs and fry over low heat. To server, remove the meat chops along with the potatoes and peppers.And to finish, garnish with a parsley

INGREDIENTS:

-200g plain chocolate.

-110g butter.

-4 eggs.

-120g sugar.

-1 tablespoon vanilla.

PROCEDURE

-85g flour.

-20g baking soda.

-4 walnuts.

-50g chocolate chips.

-3 bowls.

-A whisk.

-An oven tray.

1.- Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl. Put in the microwave at medium temperature. Until melted, mix it very well.

2.- Put 4 eggs and sugar in a bowl.

3.- Add the butter and baking soda and mix it very well melted.

4.- Add the melted chocolate, butter and vanilla.

5.- Add the walnuts and chocolate chips.

6.- Put the butter and flour in the tray.

7.- Add the mixture and put the chocolate chips and walnuts. And put in the oven to 180º for 30-35 minutes.

tomato 1 cup

12 lasaña sheets

A pinch of salt

100 - 120 g Grated cheese

1 cup of oil

PROCEDURE:

1- Heat a large pot with water, when it starts boiling, put two spoonfuls of salt.

2- Put the lasaña sheets in a pot

3- Stir with a spoon for 10 min and take the sheets out.

4- Wash the vegetables

5- Cut the vegetables in small pieces and reserve

6- Put oil and put the vegetables in a pot

7- Fry it in middle temperature for 15 min, put white wine and reduce for 5 min

8- Put the meat and tomato in a pot, stir all joined and let it cool

9- Preheat the oven at 200 for 15 min and put the lasaña in the oven for 20 min

INGREDIENTS:

-1 kg of pork sirloin

-13 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

-2 cups of wine

-200 gr of tortellini pasta.

-2 bananas

-1 package of butter

-3 cups of water

-1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

-1 teaspoon of oil

-1 pinch of salt

-1 teaspoon of chopped parsley

PROCEDURE

- A Pan

- A casserole

- A plate

1.- Put the wine in the bowl and one pinch of salt and one pinch of pepper. Cut sirloin with a knife and put in the bowl, wait for two hours more or less.

2.- Move the sirloin and put in breadcrumbs. Fry in the pan with oil.

3.- Put the tortellinis in one pot and boil, for 12 minutes. Drain and sauté on one pan with oil.

4.- Peel the bananas and cut in slices, and fry in the pan with butter. Put the banana slices in one side of plate with tortellinis and in the other the sirloin. Peio Duprat

YOGURT SPONGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

1- yogurt

1-glass sunflower oil

2-glasses sugar

3-glasses flour

3-eggs

1-envelope baking powder

1 tablespoon butter

PROCEDURE

1- Grease the mould.

2-Beat the ingredients.

3-Preheat the oven to (180-200c) for 20 min.

4-Mix the ingredients in the mould.

5-Put it in the oven.

6-Remove the mould From the oven.

7-And it is ready.

HAM AND CHEESE POTATO OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS:

1. 3 potatoes. 4. 8 cheese slices, for a sandwich.

2. 5eggs. 5. One teaspoon of salt.

3. 4 ham slices. 6. Two tablespoons of olive oil.

COOKING TOOLS:

1. A knife. 4. A pan.

2. A fork. 5. A spatula.

3. A bowl. 6. A dish.

PROCEDURE:

1. Cut the potatoes in to small pieces.

2. Cook the potatoes in a pan with oliva oil and salt.

3. Mix the eggs with potatoes in a bowl.

4. Fry the omelette for 10 minutes more or less.

5. Cut potatoes omelette and put in the middle the ham and cheese. Enjoy your meal!

Chocolate cookies

INGREDIENTS: for 12 cookies

-250 gr flour -150g of black sugar

-½ package of baking powder -75g of white sugar

-A pinch of salt -2 eggs

-150g of butter 100g chocolate chips

- An oven tray

PROCEDURE

1-Mix the sugar and butter

2-Add the eggs, and mix, add the flour and baking powder, add the chocolate chips and mix, and put in a bowl in the refrigerator for 30 min.

3-.In a one over tray (cold), put in the tray and put little balls. Put in the tray at 180ºc 10-12 min. Leave it cool.

INGREDIENTS:

● 100g melt butter

● 250g flour

● 100g sugar

● 1 teaspoon of yeast

● 1 egg

COOKING TOOLS:

● A bowl

● A mould for cookies

● A whisk

● A oven

● A rolling pin

PROCEDURE:

● Put the egg and the sugar in the bowl.

● Stir with a whisk.

● Add the melt butter.

● Add the flour and yeast and stir until the dough is hard.

● Open the dough with the rolling pin and make biscuits with themould.

● Bake the cookies at 180º for 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

1l of milk

100 gr of rice

70 gr of sugar

1 stick cinnamon

COOKING TOOLS:

A pot

A spoon

PROCEDURE:

- Put the milk , rice and stick cinnamon in the pot and stir. Let cook over low heat for 40-45 minutes, then stir every 5 minutes.

- When the rice pudding has a honeyed texture, add the sugar and stir, let cook of 5-10 minutes.

- Remove the stick cinnamon and let cool, sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve.
