Chicken nuggets

Ingredients: -½ chicken -2 eggs -½ pot oil 200gr bread crumbs

Cooking tools: a deep fryer a pot a plate and a fork

Procedure: Take the chicken and cut it and fry it. Fry it in the deep fryer with oil and eggs. After frying,add the breadcrumbs.

Fish soup Ingredients:  One tablespoon of oil  Crushed tomato  One cup of water  A pinch of salt  One hake  One squid  7 prawns  7 thorns  6 clams  dry bread  One onion  6 garlics Cooking tools:  A coocking pot  A pan  A casserole Procedure: First, boil some bones and a tail of hake in a casserole. After, this stew, the fish is reserved and the broth is left resting overnight. The next day chop the garlic, two tablespoons of oil and crushed tomato in a frying pan. When this is done, add dry bread and dissolve it in the broth. Then add the parsley and the salt. The broth has to boil. When it is boiling add the tail that we had reserved in pieces with squid, prawns, boiled egg and finally add some clams. Erik Hermosel


CROISSANT WITH CHOCOLATE Ingredients Frozen puff pantry a milk chocolate bar

cooking tools a roller a knife a pot a tray

PROCEDURE 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Spread the puff pastry with a roller. Cct the puff pastry in triangles. Melt the chocolate in a pot. Put the chocolate in the centre of the triangles. Roll the triangles. And finally put the triangles in the oven for 15 minutes.

DOUGHNUTS Ingredients: -500g of flour -100g of white sugar -400g of butter -2 tablespoons of yeast -1 packet of vanilla -230ml of milk -1 tablet of chocolate to melt -A pinch of salt

Cooking tools: -A bowl -Plastic -Moulds to cut the dough -Paper for oven -A tray -A little pot

Procedure: First, mix the flour and the sugar in a bowl. Later add the yeast and the vanilla. After put the milk bit by bit until it becomes a dough. Then add the butter and start mixing until it is well mixed with the dough. When finished, cover the bowl with the plastic. Leave it for one hour in a warm environment. After, open the dough and cut in many rounds with the moulds. Put the paper for the oven on the tray and put the rounds in it. Let it resting for about 10-15min. Then fry it in a little pot.

Decoration: Melt the chocolate and decorate the doughnut by putting the chocolate on the top. Hamza Laribi


PANCAKE: Ingredients: -1 egg -200ml milk -120g flour -30ml sunflower oil -20g white sugar -1envelope yeast -A pinch of salt -A teaspoon butter for the pan

Cooking tools: -A bowl -A whisk -A pan -A spatula

Procedure: -First of all, mix the liquid ingredients. The egg, the oil, the milk. And stir them. -Next, in another bowl, mix the dry ingredients. The sugar, the sifted flour, the yeast, and a pinch of salt. -Mix everything. -To finish, pour our mixture into the pan, little by little. -Fry it, and turn it over. -And so on all the time. -And to finish………… eat it!!!! Potato omelette

Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons of oil. 4 potatoes. 1 onion. 6 eggs. A little bit of salt. Cooking tools: A pan. A peeler. Procedure: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Peel the potatoes and chop them. Chop the onion. Put the oil to heat in the pan. Add the ingredients to the oil. Beat the eggs. When the potatoes are done, add it to the eggs. To finish, make the omelette. Lier Maraùón


Paella Ingredients -6 Chicken wings -2 Red and green peppers -4 mushrooms -1 cup of oil -3 tablespoons of tomato sauce cooking tools: a pan Procedure: First put the oil in the pan. Then put 6 chicken wings .Cut all vegetables and put them in a pan. Meanwhile, stir the vegetables and the chicken wings. Put the tomato sauce and wait for the tomato to be cooked and put the water.Then put the rice and wait for 20m .

RICE PUDDING Ingredients:  1l milk.  200g sugar.  80g rice.  1 stick of cinnamon and a little bit of cinnamon in dust.  A little bit of lemon skin. 

Cooking tools:  1 pot  1 wooden spoon  4 cups 

Procedure:  First, boil milk in the pot with the stick of cinnamon and the lemon skin.  Then, add the rice and stir it.  Later, when the milk boils, slow down the fire and leave it for 20 minutes. Stir it every 5 minutes.  Then, add the sugar and stir every seven minutes, otherwise the sugar pastes to the pot.  Finally, pour it in the cups, add cinnamon in dust and let it cool.

Donuts

Ingriedients: -3

eggs -15 g sugar -A pinch of salt -120 g of melted butter -100 ml of anisse -A lemon skin -Half a lemon juice -600 g flour -1 cup sunflower oil

Cooking tools -A pan

Procedure: First of all, take the sugar, the salt, the butter, the anisse, the lemon skin, the lemon juice and the flour,and mix everything in a bowl.Later leave it cool,then give shape to the dough,later fry it in the pan. Unai Arriola

Cooking tools:  A bowl  A kim  an oven Procedure:  1 put the water, the yeast and the sugar in the bowl  2 add the flour, the oil, a salt and knead the dough  3 after take the dough in the bowl covered with kim and let it rest for and hour  4 put the tomato in the dough  5 put the 4 slices of cheese in the dough  6 last thing put it in the oven for about 15 minutes and it´s ready to eat o o o
