ABSTRACT Dorlas and Marias are the tribal migrants into Khammam district of Telangana from Chhattisgarh. They usually live in the hilly area or in forest areas. They are the traditional people stiil in modern period they are following the olden traditions. Due to their traditional style of living is bringing them several problems in their localities, which are pertaining to the health, education, and wealth. Their instability and migration are the basic reasons which are adding to it. It can be prevented and can be measured with a proper plan of action. The tibal population is more in this district due to the migrations only.

It has a great historical background. Usually the migrations will occur in search of labor, protection, unfavorable conditions of the earth, wars, floods, diseases, etc are the reasons for migration. The tribal migrations are different to it. They migrate in search of good livelihood from one place to the other place, so their migrations occur seasonally from village to village or village to the urban areas, or sometimes from one semi-urban to the other urban or rural area. For centuries together the Tribals are far off to the word development. It is a never reachable word to them, because of geographical or cultural isolation may be the causes for it. They are unable to provide the basically facilities like education, health, food, and transpiration facilities.

OBJECTIVES The main objective of this research paper is to study the conditions of Dorlas, and Marias in Khammam district the migrants from Chhattisgarh state.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY The data has collected from the primary and as well as the secondary sources. Most of the data has collected from the primary sources. The research scholar has visited the tribal areas as the representative of their leader, and come to know the reasons behind their suffering.

When we look into the socio-economic conditions of the tribal communities of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh who have migrated specially from Chhattisgarh, they are primitive tribes in Adilabad district. They are mostly illiterate.

They have adopted nuclear family system. They have their own houses. They practice on mono crop farming system.

These are the agricultural laborers mostly.

They are several reasons for their migrations like economic, social, political, etc. factors are causing for their migration. Some of the major causes are analyzed here. They are 

Marriage: it is an important factor of migration; most of the girls come under this category, so most of the female population of the tribal is migrating.



Employment: People will migrate in larger number in search of employment from the rural area to the urban areas.



Education: In search of good educational facilities several families are moving to the other places and settling in those places just for the sake of education only.



Security: Security is also one of the reasons for the migration throughout the world. The unstable places or the place where the internal conflicts, political instability, clashes among the tribes, ethnicity, etc will come under this. These types of migrations can be seen in JK and Assam.

The Following Are the Major Problems Pertaining to the Tribal Migrants of Chhattisgarh into Khammam 

Naxalism



Poverty



Land problems



Educational Problems



Cultural and religious problems



Malnutrition



Unsafe drinking water and Poor Sanitation



Poor public Health Infrastructure and Human Resources



Exploitation of Children



Problems of Administration and Government These are the some of the issues which are found in the study conducted by the researcher; at the same time the

problems pertaining to the Administration and Government too. The Governments are unable to focus into the basic problems of the tribal to resolve them. The developmental political issues are lightly focusing on these areas. We can check the problems with proper implementation of the strategies. There is the essence of bringing the Tribals into the spear of the development. The Government has to initiate for some of the place which can meet the needs of the tribal and bring a change in their social life. Education is the biggest and challenging issue to the tribal like medium of instruction, location of their villages, and economic conditions.

For the betterment of the tribal and to their good life some of the suggestions are made here. They are 

The tribal education should be given the most prior one to bring a radical change in their social life.



The parent’s attitude should be changed in the matter of education, and marriages of the girl child. They need a

council on this matter. 

The local languages should be encouraged in the tribal areas.



There is a need to recruit local as the teachers in those localities and should be given priority to the female teachers.



To encourage growth of admissions various stipends and scholarships to these communities.



Residential schools and Social security to these communities’ girls.

CONCLUSIONS Government of India always focuses on promoting the educational and economic interests of the Scheduled Tribes. Some important plans started by Central and Various State Government in respective state like Cooperative Societies, Price support to trifled, Village grain bank, Educational Schemes, Tribal Advisory council, 20 Points Programmers’ etc.

There is the essence to frame various plans for Tribal. These plans should be implemented strictly. Eradication of all the basic problems of Tribal’s and provides the solutions on it. From all the levels everyone has to participate in development strategy of Tribal’s.

Tribal development should be taken as the prior one for the development of the nation. All the plans establish by Government should be corruption less and highly motivated by officers and employees.

Education will play a key role in the development and social reformation of the tribal so there is an essence to establish more schools and colleges for the education of them.

Tribal Children have very low levels of participation. Though the Development of the Tribes is taking place in India, but the pace of Development has been rather slow. If govt. will not take some drastic steps for the Development of Tribal Education, the status of Education among Tribes will be a story of distress, despair and death. Hence time has come to think it seriously about Tribal Education and inclusive growth. So, there is an urgent need for various Govt.

Interventions, Planners and Policy makers to address this problem and allocate more funds in the Central and State Budgets for Tribal Education. Easy access and more opportunities should be provided to the Tribal Children in order to bring them to the mainstream of Economic Development.
