Hello!
My name is Ian Kowalczyk, and I am your new Division 32 LTG! Next school year, I will be a Junior; it will be my third year in Key Club.
As my first year as LTG of Division 32, my main focus is to ensure consistent communication throughout the division I can not wait to meet everyone and do not hesitate to reach out to me for any questions.

What Is my Job?
I am responsible for communicating information from the district to individual clubs in the division. Each month, I will host DCMs (Divisional Conference Meetings) that will inform officers of updates and deadlines.
Strengthen ties between clubs. Get the majority of each club sponsored to attend LEDCON. Get all clubs to physically meet. Ensure clubs are growing and developing.

Erika's Lighthouse is a non-profit organization that advocates for good mental health, especially for teenagers. The organization also provides resources to kickstart conversations around mental health.
Schoolhouse was established by Sal Khan, the founder of Khan Academy. It is an organization that provides free online tutoring to students across the world. Become a tutor or student ambassador today to help out!
