PIONEER IN DIGITAL MARKETING When HWS trustee WILL MARGILOFF ’92 graduated with a history major and a political science minor, specializing in online marketing was impossible because the Internet itself was in its infancy. Instead, he applied the liberal arts skills he built at HWS to the emerging field of digital marketing. He went on to found Innovation Interactive, which today has more than 700 employees and offices in 10 countries, and works with clients such as GM, Coca-Cola, Kraft and DirecTV.

ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF WORLD CULTURES Understanding how to work well with people from different cultures makes you more flexible in today’s global marketplace. Knowing a second language can make you even more valuable.

EXPERIENCE SCIENTIFIC INQUIRY Learning to ask the right questions, seek ways to answer those questions and defend your conclusions is useful anytime there’s a new or changing situation in the workplace.

PRACTICE QUANTITATIVE REASONING AND PROBLEM SOLVING Knowing how to look at a problem from many angles and create innovative solutions makes you essential in many fields. Being able to work with numbers and interpret graphs and tables is critical when dealing with budgets, for example.

According to a survey by the Social Science Research Council, recent graduates who, by their senior year in college, had mastered the abilities to think critically, reason analytically and write effectively—the skills that come with an HWS liberal arts education—were more likely to be working, living on their own and unburdened by credit card debt.

HOW PATHWAYS WORKS Our approach to career preparation is wrapped up in our Pathways Program. It’s a comprehensive, action-packed approach that gets you thinking about and acting on your future. Through Pathways, you’ll research careers, spend time with professionals in the career you’re pursuing, take backstage tours of certain fields and find internships and jobs. We also bring professionals to campus to offer career insight and advice. We’ll keep you on track through workshops, experiential learning and career counseling.

SEARCHING FOR TRAVEL, FINDING A CAREER OLIVIA ZITOLI ’14 knew firsthand experience would be critical in mapping her career path and honing her interests in the fields of human relations and communication.

In the summer prior to her junior year, Zitoli landed an internship with the travel search website TripAdvisor, working with the company’s sales division. She describes it as a highly challenging atmosphere in which she learned the day-to-day expectations of account managers, developed her communication skills with senior leadership and worked with tight deadlines. Most importantly, she realized she wanted to pursue a human resources or sales-focused career. Having graduated with her B.A. in history, she is now a sales and marketing representative at Impact Performance Group in Massachusetts, which focuses on sales, service and leadership training and development—combining all of her areas of interest and experience.

GETTING A TASTE OF

CAREER OPTIONS It’s one thing to find out that you might be well suited for, say, a career in public policy or education. But what does that really mean? What do those professionals do, exactly? What’s a typical day like?

What kind of responsibilities do they have? That’s why we encourage you to not only research careers, but also take part in job shadowing and externships.

Q:

I have to decide on my major and my career before I go to Career Services, don’t I?

A: NO, NOT AT ALL. We encourage you to come to the Salisbury Center for Career, Professional and Experiential Education your very first semester here—even if you have no idea what you want to do with your future. The earlier, the better. We can’t tell you how many students and alums say they wish they had come to us sooner. So no matter where you are on that decision-making spectrum—whether you have no idea which direction to go, you’ve got a glimmer of interest in something or you’ve known since you were five what you want to do—a visit to the Salisbury Center is worthwhile.

JOB SHADOWING AND EXTERNSHIPS To find opportunities for you to explore careers, we tap into our HWS Career Services Network, which includes more than 5,000 alums and parents representing a wide array of careers, as well as our own networks with employers and recruiters. Once we find professions you’re interested in, we’ll help you arrange job shadows or externships.

Job shadowing provides the opportunity to meet, observe and talk firsthand with people in a range of professions. Spend some time with a professional during a regular workday, and you’ll get a sense of what the job is like and how time is spent.

An externship is more indepth and hands-on. Think of it as a mini-internship that lasts a week or two. While your responsibilities will be less than they would be for an internship, you may gain enough hands-on experience to know whether this is a path you want to pursue—or want to run away from.

PASSION INTO A CAREER

As a native of upstate New York, ELI VITALE ’14 spent countless hours in the woods behind his house studying animal tracks, hiking and catching frogs and snakes. Prior to graduation and with financial assistance from HWS, Vitale spent winter break in Gamba, Gabon, studying wild forest elephants as an intern with the Smithsonian Gabon Biodiversity program. The opportunity was presented to him while conducting research with a faculty member. “I have been interested in wildlife conservation and biology since before I even knew what the terms meant,” Vitale says. “I gained valuable experience in a field that I have been passionate about.” He has since made the transition from a passion for animals to a career in wildlife conservation and biology. Vitale is an assistant watershed inspector for the Owasco Lake Watershed Inspection Program.

For our students, winter break is a great time to explore careers. Our students fan out all across the country, slipping into workplaces from law offices to publishing houses to financial firms to nonprofits.

CHRYSA CHIN ’84 was the first woman to be named Vice President of NBA Player Development and the first woman director of the NBA, providing personal, professional and social development for players. She’s been named one of the “25 Most Influential African American Women in Business” by The Network Journal. At HWS, she was an individual studies major.

While interning in New York City for a summer, MARK NEVELDINE ’95 invented a unique style of shooting film that involved donning Rollerblades and holding on to the sides of buses and cabs. The technique got him a commercial with Nike—and opened doors in the industry. Since that commercial, he’s written, produced and directed films including “Crank,” “The Vatican Tapes,” “Gamer” and “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance.” He majored in psychology at HWS.

MATTHEW SIMPSON ’04 was the Principal Legal Adviser to the Darfur Delegation participating in the United Nations/ African Union Darfur peace process.

An economics and critical social studies double major, Simpson credits his HWS interdisciplinary education for leading him to become an associate at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.

Before he founded TeamPact dba LegacyCreators, a nonprofit social enterprise whose mission is to increase the retention, graduation and employment rate for young Black and Latino men, HORACE ALLEN ’85 cofounded Total Solutions Group, an IBM business partner whose annual sales reached $40 million in seven years. He earned his bachelor’s in economics and lettered four years in football.

CAROLINE VOÛTE ’07 is a project coordinator of national emergency response teams, Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders. She worked in Haiti after the devastating 2010 earthquake and is on call year-round, ready to respond to emergencies around the globe, from Chad to Tunisia to Libya. At HWS, she majored in Africana studies.

MILISSA REHBERGER ’93 is a daytime anchor for the 24-hour cable news channel MSNBC. She has covered top national and international news stories. She has also spent time anchoring NBC’s “Early Today” and MSNBC’s “First Look.” At HWS, she majored in communications and had several internships.

As a result, he secured a summer internship, and later a full-time job offer, with J.P. Morgan’s diversified industries group. “The network I accessed through the trip was invaluable as I competed with applicants from bigger schools that financial firms traditionally target,” Carazza says.

Solomon graduated with a B.A. in psychology and earned his doctorate from the University of Rhode Island.

• MARGARET WEITEKAMP, curator of the Social and Cultural Dimensions in Spaceflight Collection at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, visited campus to discuss liberal arts and science careers in the federal government.

THOMAS S. BOZZUTO ’68 has led the

Bozzuto Group, which builds, manages and develops apartments, condominiums and single-family homes. In the past 10 years, the Bozzuto Group has hired almost as many HWS graduates—some of whom got their start with the company as interns. Bozzuto earned a B.A. in English and also holds a master’s degree in metropolitan studies from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.

Since he became chief operating officer of Markit, a global financial information services company, HWS trustee CHIP CARVER ’81, who majored in economics at HWS, has often returned to campus to mentor students and offer career advice. With a little networking help, Wes Traub ’14, who graduated with an international relations major and minors in Spanish and economics, landed a job with the Markit offices in New York City.

executive officer and president of Chegg, the textbook rental company that has since evolved into a student hub connecting students to students, educators, educational content and services. A pioneer at the intersection of technology, media, communication and finance, he majored in political science at HWS. As chief operating officer at Yahoo!, he created a personal mentoring program that allowed HWS students to work with him for an entire summer, leading to jobs after graduation. OSTHEIMER ’14 “I knew from the beginning of my time at HWS that I was interested in the media and society program, and that I was determined to jumpstart my career in Manhattan. One of my greatest mentors was Professor of Writing and Rhetoric Cheryl Forbes. She encouraged me to pursue writing and rhetoric as a minor, and I enrolled in journalism and

publishing courses, which led to an internship at Esquire magazine.”

An accomplished journalist and author, DOROTHY H. WICKENDEN ’76, L.H.D. ’14 has been executive editor of The New Yorker since 1996. She has held leading positions at the New Republic and Newsweek. A member of Phi Beta Kappa, she earned her B.A. from HWS with high honors in English. Her 2011 book, “Nothing Daunted: The Unexpected Education of Two Society Girls in the West,” was a New York Times bestseller.

After working on some of the most complex forensic cases in history, including the identification of the Vietnam Unknown Soldier and victims of the 9-11 attacks on the World Trade Center towers, DR. MITCHELL HOLLAND ’83 is now the Director of the Forensic Science Program at Penn State University, preparing the next generation of forensic DNA scientists. He majored in chemistry at HWS.

A colonel with more than 33 years in the military and four deployments in times of war, COL. (DR.) KATHY PLATONI ’74, a clinical psychologist in private practice, recently retired as a colonel with the Medical Service Corps and U.S. Army Reserve and as Army Reserve Psychology Consultant (to the Chief of the Medical Service Corps).

A psychology major at HWS, she is co-author/editor of two books on war trauma, as well as a leading voice on post-traumatic stress disorder, issues of soldier reintegration and the psychological aftermath of war.

“After a great experience at Esquire, I kept in touch with Career Services who referred me to the intern program at Seventeen for the next summer.

Through these two publishing internships, along with media and society and writing and rhetoric courses, my interests in media became more refined. Throughout my experiences at

Hearst Magazines, I gained a wide understanding of the ad sales business. I shadowed agency meetings and

learned about the process of selling a page in a magazine. After that experience, I was curious to learn more about the agency side of the industry.”

As the Rosovsky Professor of Government at Harvard University and the Director of the Harvard-Yenching Institute, ELIZABETH J. PERRY ’69 is a comparativist with special expertise in the popular protest and grassroots politics in modern and contemporary China. The recipient of a Guggenheim fellowship, she sits on the editorial boards of nearly a dozen major scholarly journals. She majored in political science at HWS.

“At the start of my senior year, with assistance from the Salisbury Center, I had weekly phone calls with alums and other connections in the advertising world.

I was networking, emailing, meeting and chatting on the phone with alums from Boston and New York throughout my senior year. I learned about different areas of the advertising industry and knew this was where I wanted to land my first job.

Days after graduation I received a job offer from MEC, a media and advertising agency in Manhattan.”

By age 36, the HON. HERBERT J. STERN ’58, P’03, LL.D. ’74 had indicted eight mayors, two secretaries of state, two state treasurers, two powerful political bosses, a U.S. congressman and 64 other public officials. His career as a lawyer and federal judge inspired two books, one of which was adapted into a major motion picture with Martin Sheen. He is the author of “Diary of a DA,” the story of his career. Stern majored in history at HWS.

Two summers of collaborating on research with an HWS chemistry professor helped earn MAX MACALUSO ’06 a prestigious Goldwater Scholarship.

Later, the chemistry major was awarded a Gates Cambridge Scholarship that he used to pursue a Ph.D. in chemistry at University of Cambridge in England. He earned his MBA in Paris and is now working as a healthcare analyst at a multimedia financial firm.

They also give you a chance to test-drive a career field, either confirming your career interests or helping you figure out that you’d rather head in a different direction.

GUARANTEED INTERNSHIPS

THE STU LIEBLEIN ’90 PITCH: WIN $10,000 TO PUT YOUR BUSINESS IDEA INTO ACTION Imagine developing a business idea in college—and then getting $10,000 to bring it to life. That’s what happens in the HWS entrepreneurial contest, “The Pitch.” Students are invited to submit nonprofit and for-profit proposals.

Semi-finalists are paired with alums in the appropriate fields to serve as mentors and to strengthen their pitches.

A panel of judges chooses the final winner, who puts the idea into action.

During the third annual competition, ATO BENTSI-ENCHILL ’17 landed top honors for his idea, RevisionPrep, an online educational service that combines exam preparation with gaming programs for students in Ghana. Bentsi-Enchill was the first first-year student in the history of The Pitch to not only win the finals, but also to compete in the competition.

Recognizing just how important an internship is in determining career direction, the Colleges have made a bold commitment. For all incoming first-year students matriculating in fall 2014 and beyond, the Colleges guarantee that students of good academic and social standing who successfully complete the Pathways Program will be able to participate in at least one internship or research opportunity. In most cases, the internship will happen in the summer after the junior year. For summer internships that are unpaid, the Colleges will provide a stipend. The guarantee is an important aspect of the Colleges’ approach to preparing students to lead lives of consequence.

After a long and arduous application process, GABRIELLE GRIMMETT ’17 was accepted to intern with the U.S. Secret Service in their Brooklyn, N.Y., field office. The Salisbury Center helped Grimmett to prepare for the interview by giving her mock interviews and interviewing tips.

“HWS has prepared me for this internship by teaching me how to work effectively and quickly, as well as how to write and be in the professional world,” says Grimmett, a member of the Mountain Film Club and Geneva Heroes Program. “This internship helps me achieve my goals by showing me the different fields in forensic science and criminal justice.”

As a recipient of the Salisbury Summer International Internship Stipend, SAMUEL WILLIAMS ’15 conducted tree ring research and dendrochronology in Sweden to study global climate change. While there, Williams met Edward R. Cook, director of Tree Ring Laboratory at Columbia University Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory in Palisades, N.Y. This summer, they will collaborate on a project. “By analyzing tree rings we learn how the vegetation and trees reacted to climate change in the past, so we can determine how they’ll react in the future,” says Williams, a geoscience major with minors in environmental studies and political science who will pursue graduate studies in climatology.

After spending two summers piloting research alongside HWS professors, MELISSA MAHAJAN ’15, a winner of the HWS Elizabeth Blackwell Class of 1849 Pioneer in Science Scholarship, wanted to experience microbiology in a medical setting. “I looked into how specific bacteria found in amniotic fluid may cause premature birth,” says the biology major and Lead Teaching Fellow. Before heading off to SUNY Upstate Medical University College of Medicine, Mahajan will intern with a surgeon at Finger Lakes Health, Geneva’s local hospital.

When EDDIE WITCHER ’15 heard about the Ocean Conservancy through William Smith alumna Nelle Crossan ’13, he sent in his résumé and was hired after an interview. As an intern on the International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) Team at the Conservancy’s headquarters, he communicated with volunteer coordinators across the U.S. and worldwide.

“For decades, ICC has organized volunteers to remove millions of pounds of trash from our oceans and waterways,” Witcher says. “I am also conducting research on how specific marine debris impacts marine life.”

Supported by funds from acclaimed interior designer Eric Cohler ’81, SHANI SAUL ’15 studied design in Paris and will later intern with Eric Cohler Design in New York City. In Paris, Saul examined how mindfully designed public space facilitates social interactions. She will learn the fundamentals of becoming a distinguished designer while in New York. “This experience will enrich my understanding of comprehensive design articulations,” she says. Saul aspires to be a professional designer informed by research in the field of environmental psychology.

FINANCE Economics major CAT GORMAN ’15 took a major step toward fulfilling her career aspirations when she secured a much-sought-after internship with JPMorgan Chase.

“I’ve always wanted to work in the financial industry for its competitive nature, the constant challenges and the fast-paced work environment,” says Gorman. “The Salisbury Center and my coursework gave me an edge when competing for the internship.”

Additionally, senior management at JPMorgan Chase, including John Hogan ’88, Eric Stein ’89, Tom Schmidt ’88 and Chapin Bates ’81, P’09 have been instrumental in providing HWS students with industry insights and guidance in preparation for careers in finance.

To help strengthen your leadership capabilities, the HWS Centennial Center for Leadership offers workshops, hosts inspiring speakers and awards fellowships of up to $5,000 for students who propose compelling projects that demonstrate their abilities as leaders and global citizens.

WORK-STUDY JOBS OFFER MORE THAN A PAYCHECK About one-third of our students work part time on campus. These work-study jobs are more than a paycheck—they’re also great résumé builders. FROM VOLUNTEER TO GLOBAL CITIZEN Starting his first year on campus, CLIFF GARDNER ’10 was active with the HWS Center for Community Engagement and Service Learning.

There he developed his leadership skills and eventually moved from volunteering to leading others in civic engagement. A history major and peace studies minor, he is now program specialist at Ramapo for Children, which offers direct service youth programs for children with special needs. “HWS challenged the status quo of my brain,” Gardner says.

“Building a better future is about putting the citizens of tomorrow in better situations than you are in today.”

Students who take part in community-based research spend a semester working on a project with a local organization. STUDY ABROAD WORK FOR YOU In today’s workplace, where meetings happen across time zones and clients often live a few thousand miles away, a global perspective is indispensable.

International experiences are one of the foundations of the HWS education: nearly 60 percent of HWS students study abroad (compared to the national average of 2 percent). Studying abroad requires independence, flexibility, resourcefulness, patience and tolerance—all qualities that come in handy during the job search and in the workplace. Time abroad often inspires our students to challenge their assumptions or pursue a new career direction.

An economics and international relations double major, he is a global merchandising management trainee at DFS.

Architectural studies and history double major KELLY HALEY ’15 spent a summer in Europe, where, with the support of the Salisbury Award, she interned with the historical preservation organization National Churches Trust, creating impact assessments for grantees. Haley then headed to the American Institute of Roman Culture in Italy, where she worked on the archeological dig at Ostia Antica, gaining further hands-on experience in heritage conservation.

Working under the president of Markit, Salisbury Award-recipient KYLE ZAVERTON ’15 gained unique insight into high-level decision-making at a leading global provider of financial information services. From New York and Singapore, Zaverton, a dual major in mathematics and economics, created a report for the Asian management team, tracking the company’s status within the Asia Pacific region.

@ Salisbury Award-winner SAMUEL WILLIAMS ’15 traveled to Sweden to conduct tree ring research and dendrochronology to study global climate change. While there, he participated in an international climate change research conference, meeting Edward R. Cook, director of the Tree Ring Laboratory at Columbia University. The geoscience major worked the following summer with Cook using cutting-edge technology to determine the differences in density among tree rings, and how that density relates to climate.

The first documentary that English major WENDY ETTINGER ’78 created, “The War Room,” was nominated for an Academy Award. Since then, she’s produced a dozen films that have premiered at Sundance, South by Southwest and the Tribeca Film Festival. In 1995, she and two fellow female filmmakers cofounded Chicken and Egg Pictures, a hybrid film fund and nonprofit production company dedicated to supporting women filmmakers.

DR. ROBERT PETER GALE ’66 is regarded as a world expert on the medical response to nuclear and radiation accidents. Author of more than 800 scientific articles and 20 books, he has participated in rescue efforts from Chernobyl to Goiânia. In 2011 he was called to Japan to help manage the medical consequences of the Fukushima nuclear power station accident. He earned his B.A. from HWS in biology and chemistry.

JOHN GROTZINGER ’79, Sc.D.’13 is the mission leader and project scientist in charge of the Mars Science Laboratory.

Active in geological research of the planet, he and his team discovered evidence of liquid water on ancient Mars. He is also the Fletcher Jones Professor of Geology at California Institute of Technology. He earned a B.S. in geoscience.

“My independent study during senior year with Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies Beth Kinne, which focused on the dangers of hydraulic fracturing, helped

prepare me for my current position at Oceana. The research I did with Professor Kinne at the Finger Lakes Institute helped inform my current views on offshore drilling.”

A nationally recognized expert on issues of school reform and civil society, WENDY PURIEFOY ’71 is an education equity advocate for disadvantaged children.

For more than two decades she served as president of the Public Education Network, the nation’s largest network of communitybased school reform organizations, and served as director of education at the Barr Foundation, which is committed to enhancing the quality of life for all of Boston’s citizens.

An economics major, COLBY FEANE ’06 interned at J.P. Morgan and turned his internship into a full-time position as a foreign exchange sales analyst. Now a financial analyst with Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC, Feane credits JOHN HOGAN ’88, at J.P. Morgan, with guiding his career. “He challenged me to be the best while instilling the confidence I needed to succeed on Wall Street,” he says.

GETTING READY FOR A MEDICAL CAREER RACHEL KOPICKI ’12 had

wanted to be a doctor for as long as she can remember. So when she started at HWS, she began meeting with the health professions counselor. With help from the Salisbury Center, she took on four clinical internships. “As an intern, I observed each doctor and learned a great deal about each of their specialties and the medical field in general,” Kopicki says. During her study abroad in Denmark, she visited medical facilities throughout the country, as well as in Sweden and Estonia to learn about their medical systems.

Kopicki, who was a European studies major with a minor in biology at HWS, is now a candidate for her M.D. at SUNY Upstate Medical University.

A FOCUS ON THE FUTURE For ANA GARCIA ’14, her HWS education allowed her to explore an array of intellectual interests and follow her aspirations. A double major in architectural studies and Latin American studies, with a minor in studio art, Garcia was the recipient of the Eric Cohler ’81 Internship and Travel Award during her junior year, which provided her with the opportunity to travel abroad to Santiago, Chile, and to intern for Eric Cohler Design, Inc., in New York City. “In being able to explore so many different topics,” she says, “I’ve been able to learn of the connections that exist between topics that may seem unrelated and I think understanding just how interconnected most disciplines are helps you maintain an open outward focus rather than a single-mindedness focused on one field of study.”

This ability to make connections will aid Garcia as she pursues a master’s degree in landscape architecture at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

Rangel International Affairs Fellowship, making him one of 20 students in the country to receive the honor that will lead to a job as a U.S. Foreign Service officer. As a Rangel Fellow, Luna is receiving approximately $90,000 in benefits to pursue a master’s degree in international security, as well as two internships: one on Capitol Hill and one at an international embassy.

• From a competitive field of more than 1,100 applicants, MACY HOWARTH ’16 was named a Goldwater Scholar, one of the nation’s top undergraduate science awards. A geoscience major with a concentration in atmospheric sciences, Howarth also earned a spot with the Ernest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship Program offered through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

Following graduation, Howarth intends to seek a Ph.D. in atmospheric sciences.

• Throughout her time at HWS, MELISSA HOSEK ’14 nurtured her passion for learning languages.

Now, as a recipient of a Fulbright U.S. Student Award, Hosek is on an English Teaching Assistantship in Taiwan. As an Asian studies and political science major, she is interested in the language, the role that Taiwan plays in East Asian regional politics and the country’s rich collection of cultural artifacts.

• Thanks to a Fulbright U.S. Student Award to support an English Teaching Assistantship, LAURA ALEXANDER ’14 will teach English in Malaysia. Alexander, who studied abroad in England, traveled to Thailand with 26 other students and HWS faculty during a program offered by the HWS Center for Global Education. Following the Fulbright, she plans to pursue graduate studies in social work or public health.

National Public Radio’s digital culture correspondent LAURA SYDELL ’83 was on a fast track to a law career when a professor suggested she try radio. It was a perfect fit. Before joining NPR in 2003, the history major served as a senior technology reporter for American Public Media’s “Marketplace.” During her career, she has covered politics, arts, media, religion and entrepreneurship.

“During the summer of my sophomore year, I worked at the investment firm of Oakum Bay Capital with its president and CEO, Hobart alum Brooke Parish ’84. The experience helped me to

develop a better understanding of the financial industry, which allowed me to secure an additional internship with

J.P. Morgan. I had a great time on the trading floor working with my colleagues and other interns. After the internship, I was certain that I wanted to work in the financial industry.”

As a member of the HWS Teacher Education Program, MARISSA WILLSEY BRINSON ’09 completed more than 200 hours of student teaching and taught in New Zealand before her senior year at HWS. JONAS WOOD ’99 is a full-time artist in Los Angeles. A psychology major at HWS, Wood credits Professor of Art Nick Ruth with teaching him to paint. He went on to earn an MFA in painting and drawing from the University of Washington. His work has been the subject of one-person exhibitions in galleries in New York, Belgium, Boston, Tokyo and Los Angeles.

To minimize our environmental impact, this booklet was printed with vegetable-based ink using 100 percent wind power and waterless printing at a carbon-neutral facility. It is printed on paper that contains a minimum of 30 percent post-consumer recycled fiber manufactured with electricity in the form of renewable energy, and that is FSC certified, Green Seal certified, acid-free, ECF (elemental chlorine-free), and PCF (processed chlorine-free).
