A fragrant and complex gin from Thamesbased Coromandel Distilling Co. There are 20 botanicals in this gin, including rose petals, hibiscus, bluberry, cubeb pepper, lemon myrtle, lemon thyme and liquorice root. Awildian Coromandel Dry Gin – Blue Edition 47% ABV, 500ml RRP $64.95 Coromandel Distilling Company

The addition of butterfly pea flower creates a vivid blue hue in this gin and adds a colour-changing quality when combined with tonic.

Awildian Coromandel Mānuka Gin 47% ABV, 500ml RRP $84.95 Coromandel Distilling Company

This gin rests for at least three months in toasted mānuka wood coated with medicinal grade mānuka honey. It creates a lightly floral and delicate honeyed thread through the juniper-forward aroma. The sweetness persists on the palate but isn't cloying and develops into a silky, warming honey note and a lightly lingering finish. Batch 10 London Dry Gin 37% ABV, 700ml RRP $74.95 The Premium Liquor Co.

The team at Batch 10 have put a New Zealand twist on a classic London Dry Gin. This version is smooth and crisp with a hint of citrus. Batch 10 Pink Gin 40% ABV, 700ml RRP $74.95 The Premium Liquor Co.
