GUEST POLICIES

Residents of Hunters Run who are not Class E Members may not use the Club’s facilities as a Guest of a Class E Member. Class A Members can, however, attend activities such as movies, lectures, book reviews and the computer club as specified by the Board. They can also be invited by Class E Members to private functions held at the Club.

An Immediate Family Member as defined in the Bylaws will be eligible to receive an Immediate Family Guest Card To obtain the card the Members must register the Immediate Family Member at the Club’s reception desk The holders of Immediate Family Guest card will be permitted to utilize the Club Golf, Racquet Sports and Fitness facilities. All other applicable Guest fees will be imposed.

A. Immediate Family Members may not invite outside guests in the Fitness facilities.

B. Immediate Family Members under the age of 16 will not be issued individual Guest cards.

C An Immediate Family Member can play golf in the morning field without the host member after the posting of Fore Tees has occurred Then they can make starting times, with future starting times or the same face card The Immediate Family Member cannot be part of a fivesome and the Immediate Family Member can play, but the Host Member cannot play.

Applications for Guest Cards, once submitted to the Concierge Desk, may require a 24-hour processing period. There may be a charge for all Guest Cards not picked up.

Registered Immediate Family Members must sign for all Guest charges. The host Member is responsible for all charges incurred by his registered Guest. All Guest charges and fees will be determined by the Board of Directors, and the appropriate committee will determine playing time for Golf and Tennis/Pickleball

Please refer to the Golf, Racquet Sports and Fitness rules for rules relating specifically to the Guests of Single Golf, Racquet Sports and Social Members.

Members playing Cards, who wish to start play before lunch, stop to eat lunch, and come back after lunch without losing their table must adhere to the table reservation procedure set out by the House Committee.

Members must register their card playing guests at the Concierge Desk before proceeding to the Card Rooms

DINING ROOM RESERVATIONS

Dining reservations can be made through our website at www.huntersrun.net or by calling our reservation line directly at (561) 735-4044, Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Reservations are taken for special events and Sunday Brunch, as well as all dinners in The Dining Room, The Grille and 26˚ North.

Lunch at all restaurants is on a first come, firstserve seating basis unless otherwise noted

Members may reserve up to a maximum of two tables in The Dining Room (not to exceed 20 people).

Adherence to Hunters Run dress code is always required in all dining venues, and members are responsible for making sure their guests comply with the dress code.

In an effort to provide the best service possible, all members of your party must be present in order to be seated

All member numbers will be required when making a reservation.

LOTTERY AND SPECIAL EVENTS

AGE POLICY DINNER

19th Hole: Children under the age of 16 are not permitted Children between the age of 1618 must be accompanied by an adult

26˚ North: No age restriction.

The Grille , Batch Bar & Lounge, The Dining Room and The Terrace: No age restriction, unless otherwise posted

Strollers are permitted upon request.

Children under legal age are not permitted to order, buy or drink alcoholic beverages on Club property Members will be responsible for the enforcement of this rule.

Original ID in hand is required for any person under the age of 40 purchasing any alcoholic beverages

Members may reserve a maximum of one table for Special Events Seating for Special Events is done by lottery system If you have special seating needs, please call the Reservations Office at (561) 735-4044 no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Any requests to alter a reservation must be done by the table captain.

Reservations for Special Events of less than eight people are subject to being combined with other parties to make tables of eight and ten. If you have any questions regarding reservations or dining room policies, please contact the Reservation Desk at (561) 735-4044 or the Concierge Desk at (561) 737-2582

THEME DINNERS

Full charge is required at the time of registration

If you are making reservations on behalf of fellow members, their names must be submitted at the time of registration.

Full refund seven or more days before event date

50% refund within seven days of event date

No refund within 24 hours prior to the event

CONCERTS, MAJOR SOCIAL EVENTS

New Year’s Eve, Season Opening Party, Member Guests

Full refund thirty or more days before event date

50% refund within thirty days of event date

No refund within one week prior to the event

THE DINING ROOM, THE TERRACE, THE GRILLE & 26˚ NORTH

Reservations will be honored within a 15-minute grace period after your reservation time Members arriving later than 15 minutes after their reservation time will be seated based on availability Members who arrive earlier than their reservation time cannot be guaranteed seating before their reservation time. To avoid service delays, once seated, your orders should be placed with the server no later than 15 minutes from the time Members are seated.

Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.

$20 per person cancellation charge after 12:00pm of the day of the reservation.

$30 per person cancellation charge for no-call, no-show reservations.

DRESS CODE

Each area, such as the Dining Room, Golf, Racquet Sports, the Fitness Center, Pool and the Clubhouse will establish its own dress code, according to its activities and times of day.

Contact each specific area for the applicable dress code.

DINING DRESS CODE

COUNTRY CLUB ELEGANT

Men: Long Sleeve, Button Down, Collared Shirts with Dress Slacks. Certain events may require a tie and/or jacket. No jeans/shorts. All men ’ s shirts must be tucked in, except for those specifically designed as an over shirt.

Women: Dressy Skirts, Dresses, Blouses, Dress Slacks

COUNTRY CLUB CASUAL

Men: Short Sleeve or Long Sleeve, Button Down, Collared Shirt with Slacks or Jeans All men ’ s shirts must be tucked in at the waist except for those specifically designed as an over shirt. Sweaters are permitted. Sandals permitted.

Women: Slacks, Dresses, Skirts, Jeans. Sandals are permitted.

NEVER ALLOWED

The Club reserves the right to address any members or their guests who are inappropriately dressed when using the Clubhouse.

Members are responsible to inform their guests of the dress code and for their adherence to it.

Anyone using the dining facilities is required to adhere to the dress code. It is the responsibility of the member to inform their guests of the dress code requirements prior to their arrival at the Club. Members and/or their guests not adhering to the dress code will be asked to leave and return when properly attired

Hats are permitted to be worn by women only OR for men with medical or religious reasons

Non-sheer swimsuit cover ups and footwear must be worn in the Clubhouse and on all Club grounds. Children 16+ years old must observe the adult dress code at all times.

Sheer Cover-Ups, Cut Offs, Torn Shirts, Athletic or Running Shorts that are too short, Wet Clothing, Tank Tops, Men’s Sleeveless T-Shirts, Undershirts, Shirts with printing in poor taste and inappropriate language/graphics Metal Spiked Golf Shoes, Bare Feet Torn Jeans are never allowed in the Lounge, the Palms and the Dining Room for dinner

Management reserves the right to deny entrance to any outlet in which the attire is deemed to be inappropriate.
