Established in 1923, hummel has a long history of creating sportswear, an expertise that easily shows in today’s fashion collections with sporty silhouettes and an overall active look. 9 years ago our designers took the initial steps in creating our Baby, Kids & Tweens collections – for active kids who are on the move and are ready to explore the world! Each piece in our collection is designed with heart, crafted with care and based on children’s need for active play.

FUNCTIONALITY, DURABILITY AND COMFORTABILITY Every time our designers sketch a new collection, they put great emphasis on three features; functionality, durability and comfortability. We test the quality of our clothes very thoroughly and always have your child’s comfort and safety in mind. Therefore, we make sure to create our clothes and shoes in durable, functional and comfortable materials, making it easy for your child to have fun in all situations and all kinds of weather!

HUMMEL AND THE WORLD Our products are created with consideration for humans, animals and the environment. We have very strict regulations for our suppliers and we never use real fur or down in our collections. From Afghanistan to Sierra Leone, we support projects that help people create unity and development through sport. In a connected world, we believe this will act as a boomerang of positive change for all of us. We wish to change the world through sport.

EDGELANDS—

READY FOR OLD SCHOOL FUN With this collection, we enter a universe of retro sports fashion! Nostalgic styles from our proud 70s, 80s and 90s design-archives are updated with the newest trends in sports fashion with an overall emphasis on retro cuts and prints.

For the girls, the designs are characterized by urban grit and romantic folk, offering soft and feminine all-over prints in douche colours. Selected bodysuits, pants, tees, jackets and shorts come in all-over printed roses with a nod to an authentic, home-crafted look. Additionally, many styles come in retro design-cuts with an overall sporty look for active days during spring and warm days under the sun for summer.

For the boys, casual sportswear is mixed with lots of contrasts from the 80s and 90s. Many tees come with raglan cut with inserts in bright, retro colours, and as always the boy’s styles put great emphasis on our iconic chevron tape and our heritage number 23 – bodysuits, pants, tees, and sweatshirts included. To highlight an overall retro feel, colours are mainly kept in dazzling blue, deep red and 80s green shades.

SOFTSHELLS­—

WHAT’S THE FUSS ABOUT SOFTSHELLS? Softshells are a cross between the stiff hardshells and snug fleeces.

Made from waterproof material with excellent breathability and unrestricted range of ­motion, they work both as a cover-up against the spring sun and a fall layer in humid weather.

We have a great selection of durable softshell jackets, but very few people know that we also design softshell pants! Both are excellent alternatives to clammy rainwear and warm snowsuits in between seasons.

The material of our softshell fabric is: · Waterproof - up to 8000 mm water pillar pressure · Breathable and very comfortable · Soft, stretchable and very durable · A great alternative to clammy rainwear and warm snowsuits in between season · Can be washed at 40 degrees

STAND OUT IN THE SCHOOL YARD This collection is all about clean simplicity - with a twist. Fabrics appear light as air and come with delicate details such as folded hems and clean, graphic prints with a nod to Japanese origami art. Colours are mostly kept in soft pastels with lots of sporty colour block detailing.

For the girls, the collection is characterized by dainty all-over printed fabrics, crinkle detailing as well as folded hems for a sporty twist. Many styles come with graphic prints in feminine colours and several bodysuits, sweatshirts, pants and tees can be characterized as detailed basics – easy to mix and match with other hummel-favourites.

The boy’s collection oozes sporty charm. Boy’s styles come with colour block detailing, raglan cuts and as always with lots of sporty hummel chevrons. Many styles come with graphic prints and all-over printed marble prints, bringing in lots of movement to the fabrics.

CAREFREE FUN IN THE SUN Our swimwear collection is designed for active kids who like to splash around in the pool or the ocean for hours. To protect your little darling’s skin from the burning rays of the sun, we use no less than UV50 protection for our swimwear – the highest possible!

Some swimwear’s UV protection reduces over time, but that is not the case with swimwear from hummel! Most styles are designed in a material where the UV protection has been weaved into the fabrics, which means that the UV50 protection keeps protecting your child – year after year!

How to treat a swimwear product: · Rinse in clean water directly after use in the ocean or the pool to retain colours and stretch · Only wash in mild detergent – maximum 40° celsius · Never tumble-dry or iron · Hang-dry away from direct sunlight

Therefore, hummel shoes are designed in comfortable and breathable materials, build for puddle-jumping at the playground or spontaneous football matches in the school yard!

This season, the collection covers colour-updated hummel-favourites such as Crosslite jr and Stadil jr as well as brand new designs. Several new two-toned boot-designs will please all sporty kids, while two brand new Stadil-looks will make little sporty hearts beat a little faster.
