The U.S. Presidential Election of 2016 The Coups d'État

The Plutocracy’s Profits before the People’s Welfare: The North American Free Trade Agreement The House of Representatives and Senate executed a coup d’etat against the people, on behalf of the plutocracy, passing the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Implementation Act. The coup was signed into law by William Jefferson “Bill” Clinton on December 8, 1993.

This coup was executed by institutions of a democratic Government with democratic means to achieve an anti-democratic end: the conversion of the people’s Government into the plutocracy’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). NAFTA was the inauguration of the Government as the legislator of the plutocracy’s desire for world domination and profits. Furthermore, it was the precursor of the anti-democratic method—secrecy and fast track legislation approval—that the plutocracy’s Democrat and Republican lackeys used to approve the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA).

The Supreme Court’s Power against the People’s Power: Bush v. Gore The Supreme Court executed a coup d’etat against the power of the people, on behalf of the plutocracy, on December 12, 2000. It ordered the halt of the Florida vote recount and unilaterally ruled that the plutocracy’s Republican Party’s candidates—George Walker Bush for President and Richard Bruce Cheney for Vice-president—were the winners of the election. The Court’s ruling was supported by the Democratic Government of William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton and the sector of the plutocracy that the Democratic Party’s candidates—Albert Arnold "Al" Gore Jr. for President and Joseph Isadore "Joe" Lieberman for Vice-president—represented. The plutocracy’s twin political parties, Democratic and Republican, the clergy, the labor union bureaucracy, the left, the right, and the media accepted the Court’s replacement of the people’s power with its autocratic power.

This coup was executed by an institution of a democratic Government with democratic means to achieve an anti-democratic end: the overthrow of the people as the State and the principle of Government of the people, by the people and for the people as the existential condition of democracy. The Court’s decision did not make America great nor more democratic. On the contrary, it was the preamble to the Bush-Cheney Administration’s and their Democrat cohorts’ war against Iraq to exsanguinate it, conquer it and steal its wealth.

The Usurers’ Interest against the People’s Interest: The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 The House of Representatives and Senate executed a coup d’etat against the people, on behalf of the usurers who caused the subprime crisis of 2007, bailing them out with, approximately, 850 billion dollars of the people’s tax money. This coup was supported by the plutocracy’s twin political parties, Democratic and Republican, and signed into law by George W. Bush on October 3, 2008.

The bail out was a consequence of the repeal of the Glass–Steagall Act of 1932 by the plutocracy’s Democratic and Republican lackeys, in 1999, under the leadership of William Jefferson “Bill” Clinton. This law had been established to contain the overflow of the usurers’ greed and prevent them from consuming the country.

The plutocracy did not invest the people’s money in the people’s welfare. On the contrary, since it was bailed out, it has grown wealthier by repressing the people’s economic growth and freedom armed with the laws of private property of the means of production and minimum wage, and the free trade agreements sponsored by its Democrat and Republican lackeys in the Government.

This coup was executed by institutions of a democratic Government with democratic means to achieve anti-democratic ends: The superimposition of the plutocracy’s life over the people’s life and the conversion of the people’s Treasury into the plutocracy’s welfare fund.

With these coups, led by its Fifth Column in the Government—without tanks surrounding the White House and Generals on TV announcing the start of a new democratic era—the plutocracy has freed itself from the Government of the people, by the people and for the people. In this way, it has also confirmed itself as the feudal lord who is also the State and the law.
