SHEWOLVES is an uplifting coming-of-age comedy for teenagers and anyone who has ever been a teen.

24, 23, 22 is a gig-theatre show about the heat of the moment, and how our impulses create ripples which become waves. Join our cast of two, armed with handheld mics, and an onstage beat-maker, for this little earthquake of a show. Expect scuzzy beats, stolen bags, and the reversal of the flow of time.

1874. Elizabeth Thompsons stuns the Royal Academy with her painting, Roll Call. Five years later, she falls two votes short of becoming the first woman elected to the academy.

WORLD PREMIERE

In between, she must shoulder the hopes and dreams of women across the country, while fighting for her place at a table full of top hats, ties and mutton chop beards.

Twisting theatre, music hall and drag king cabaret, Modest is laced with punk spirit as it brings you a Victorian art scene superstar. Performed by a cast of actor-musicians, this farcical show will break your heart and start a revolution.

Modest is a collaboration between Hullbased Middle Child and artist-led Milk Presents, two award-winning companies, developed with the support of the National Theatre’s Generate programme.

He presses play… and something amazing starts to happen!

Contradicktion is a loud, proud show that mixes popular music and theatre to discuss the toxic cultures that exist within the LGBTQIA+ community. Made in collaboration with LGBTQIA+ people from across Yorkshire, Contradicktion is a celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community and questioning how we can create more inclusive spaces.
