Record and other buttons to control playback The digital recorder is fairly simple to use- toggle through the controls using the Menu button. To download and delete your recordings, plug into a computer with the included USB cable and select the ‘Storage’ option.

Audacity - free/open source software for Windows and Macs, this program allows you to record and edit audio, including filters and advanced tools for dialing in your sound. GarageBand - available on Macs, iPhones and iPads, this program allows you to record and edit audio easily and produce in a variety of formats. Audition (Adobe) - this program is available on the DML lab computers and is great for mixing, finishing and editing audio. After saving, be sure to delete any files from the device- plug into a computer using the included USB cable to delete files.
