Athletes are also able to work on their individual sports during the week with time allocated for basketball players, football players, and volleyball players

The workouts will continue throughout the summer with various weeks off which are mandated by the University Interscholastic League (UIL) The UIL has stipulated that the workouts be no more than two consecutive hours per day Monday through Thursday conducted by school coaches only.
