City purchases pump to help residents on Farmington Road

Gorman-Rupp pump to temporarily fix the problem until the new sewer plan takes place with the future development to the south

"We could spend half a million on this sewer line and it be obsolete in five years." said City Administrator Joe Shephard at the January meeting "Or we can do this and help alleviate the problem "

In January's city council meeting, the council approved the purchase of a pump to alleviate a problem that has been occurring on Farmington Road during heavy rains
