Precinct One Commissioner Rodney Ellis is distraught with Mayor John Whitmire for removing the protecting bike lanes on Austin Street in downtown Houston. Commissioner Ellis said his office funded the project only to have the City of Houston remove his protected bike lanes. It is unclear at this time if there's a connection between Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and the Recall Houston effort to remove Mayor John Whitmire from office. Aubrey R.
