James Dunn, Jr., an partner of "DR" Candice Matthews, was convicted a few years ago of defrauding the United States Department of Education of $300,000.00. Earlier this year, James Dunn, Jr., pled guilty to a Polk County, Florida crime. It is now believed that "DR" Candice Matthews and her convicted felon friend, James Dunn, Jr., may have hatched a plot to extort and possibly blackmail Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Bishop James Dixon in Harris County, Texas, for money or some other benefit.
