Subj: Public Letter of Apology to Dr. Candice D. Mattews for Defamatory Statements Made to Aubrey R. Taylor and Aubrey R. Taylor doing business as AUBREY R. TAYLOR COMMUNICATIONS
Dear Dr. Candice D. Mattews:
We, James Enecio and Beverly Enecio, retract the statements we made to Aubrey R. Taylor and Aubrey R. Taylor doing business as AUBREY R. TAYLOR COMMUNICATIONS, as contained in the Blog Publications, contained on the internet blog publications on whatever dates made, be as we recall being made on July 8, 2021, July 9, 2021, July 15, 2021, July 17, 2021, July 22, 2021.
In the statements we made, we provided our opinions and accusations and made allegations against Dr. Candice D. Mattews, aka Dr. Candice Enecio, aka Candice Hinton, to the aforementioned person and entity, (1) without credible evidence and despite investigative and other criminal entities having declined to prosecute the criminal accusations, and/or (2) providing factually false claims derived from non-published Family Law Matters.
Without attempting to validate our wrongful statements and accusations, we asserted:
a. claims of judicial misconduct on the part of court personnel, or Dr. Matthews' attorneys, also, alleging criminal misconduct on Dr. Matthews' part, that of the judiciary and that of her attorneys;
b. claims based upon incomplete family court records and protective order matters, such information that made allegations of Dr. Matthews having made bomb threats to a public school, made terroristic threats to and against Beverly Enecio f/k/a Beverly Guillory;

c. claims about threats of assault made to and against Beverly Enecio f/k/a Beverly Guillory; and, or,
d. claims made concerning attempts to murder James Enecio, or having planted drugs on James Enecio.
These allegations, and any other such allegations, were our own characterizations, our own machinations, and not the assertions of any prosecutorial agency, or the subject of any judicial action. We acknowledge that there does not exist any criminal or civil procedures to pursue, or to have pursued, any of our assertions.
These allegations are false, incomplete and/or were our own suppositions, bereft of any legal or evidentiary support, or force of law. These allegations and statements, which portrayed Dr. Candice D. Matthews in a false light, were and/are untrue and made solely to seek and obtain an advantage in disposed family law matters, long since closed and disposed of.
Our publications made amount to nothing more than a gross error in judgment. That is to say, our judgment - that of my and my wife's - was poorly exercised. We realize that these statements and allegations were defamatory and they may have caused significant harm to Dr. Matthews' image, our injured my daughter and step-daughter. We take this action, the present letter, to remedy such harm and intend this letter to be corrective, by not only retracting these statements, as well as any other published statements attributed to us.
In closing, we completely retract the false, incomplete and inaccurate information. We apologize for the statements we made to Aubrey R. Taylor and Aubrey R. Taylor doing business as AUBREY R. TAYLOR COMMUNICATIONS, and published in his Blog Publications, contained on the internet blog publications on whatever dates made, be as we recall having been published on July 8, 2021, July 9, 2021, July 15, 2021, July 17, 2021, July 22, 202land disseminated to others.
We intend that this letter of public apology to be published and circulated in the forums containing our prior statements.
