Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is your home for the programme’s duration. You’ll feel immediately at home at our campus, located just outside Amsterdam’s busy, beautiful and historic centre. The campus building has

been completely refurbished, offering impressive, state-of-the-art teaching, learning and study facilities.

The Master Programme is fully accredited by the Dutch/Flemish Accreditation Committee. On completion of the programme, Hotelschool The Hague will award you the diploma and degree title ‘Master of International Hospitality Management’ (M.HM), a Master of Applied Sciences.

The Master Programme Research has shown that hospitality is one of the leading differentiators in many industries. Creating hospitable experiences requires vision, conceptual thinking and a hospitality mindset. It requires people who are able to build bridges, come up with new business models and find creative solutions.

You learn to analyse existing service models, and design, create and innovate alternative business models and concepts. These tools give you the skills to lead implementation and change in hospitality and hospitalityrelated service industries. On graduation, you are ready to embed hospitality principles into any business, making it more valuable and future-proof.

In this unique 13 month programme, you explore the world of international hospitality leadership in service innovation design, participating in inspiring, practice-based courses led by our professional, industryexperienced faculty. Our courses are supported by lectures from industry leaders, hands-on workshops and regular field trips, and an international study trip. These elements combined prepare you for a final consultancy project in which you, in the role of consultant, demonstrate your ability to take the lead in strategy, concept innovation and/or change in a real world environment.

You join a Master Programme where you matter The Master Programme allows a maximum of 25 students. You work in small multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams, learning from each other’s skills and cultures. As a University of Applied Science, our courses are based on thorough research, analysis and structured reporting and presentation of your findings.The programme language

is English. You have to successfully pass a selection procedure in order to be accepted to the Master Hospitality Management programme.
