Amsterdam, widely recognised as one of the most innovative cities in the world, is your home for the Programme’s duration. You will feel immediately at home at our campus, located just outside Amsterdam’s lively, beautiful and historic centre. Our modern, state-of-theart campus not only offers an ideal learning environment,

but also serves as the base for industry leaders from all hospitality related sectors to share their knowledge and experience. These industry leaders will continiously inspire and challenge you to think outside the box, and implement solutions that combine business brains with a hospitality heart.

The MBA Programme is fully accredited by the Dutch/ Flemish Accreditation Committee. Upon completion of the Programme, Hotelschool The Hague will award you the diploma and degree title ‘Master of Business Administration in International Hospitality Management’ (MBA.HM).

The Master Programme Research has shown that hospitality is one of the leading differentiators in many industries. Creating hospitable experiences requires vision, conceptual thinking and a hospitality mindset. It requires people who are able to build bridges, come up with new business models and find creative solutions.

The MBA Programme reflects the importance of customer centricity and service leadership in today’s business environment.

You learn to analyse existing service models, and design, create and innovate alternative business models and concepts. These tools give you the skills to lead implementation and change, in hospitality and hospitality related service industries. On graduation, you are ready to embed hospitality principles into any business, making it more valuable and future-proof.

In this unique 13 month programme, you explore the world of international hospitality leadership in service design, participating in inspiring, practice-based courses led by our professional, industry experienced faculty. Our courses are supported by lectures from industry leaders, hands-on workshops and regular field trips, and an international study trip. These elements combined prepare you for a final consultancy project in which you, in the role of consultant, demonstrate your ability to take the lead in strategy, service design and/or change in a real world environment.

A Tailored and Inspiring Approach The MBA Programme allows a maximum of 25 students per intake. You work in small multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams, learning from each other’s skills and cultures.

As a University of Applied Science, our courses are based on thorough research, analysis and structured reporting and presentation of your findings. The programme

is taught in English. You have to successfully pass a selection procedure in order to be accepted to our MBA Programme.
