Study Tour, Light up Your Thinking! Study tour is a recognized way of education by everyone. Lots of sayings and saints have expressed the advantages of study tour. Confucius taught his students to go study tour around the country and gain more knowledge. In nowadays, with the rapidly growing speed of social economy, Chinese entrepreneurs are facing a critical time of social development. It is a meaningful task for Chinese entrepreneurs to gain more experience from overseas. Based on this situation, CRECC had organized this study tour to the UK & France to gain some experience from successful overseas company. The study tour combined BUSINESS, STUDY and TOUR. Headquarters of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Headquarters of HSBC Bank, Meeting with London Mayer and local chambers. The globalization makes the world smaller, which means if you have a friend overseas you will have a ton of business opportunities in the world. The study tour of this time is to establish friendship with overseas chambers and businessmen for the participants. During the tour, the participants visited the headquarters of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Headquarters of HSBC Bank. The London Mayer also invited the participants to his office to have afternoon tea with him. It is a high value platform which provides high-end human connections and business opportunities.

商务交流 市长茶聚 考察期间，我们访问了伦敦总部基地集团（ABP）， 听取对方在英国具有代表性的地产项目“亚洲商务港” 的建设情况。英国贸易投资总署、伦敦发展促进署、 纽汉姆区政府官员分别上台介绍了英国投资优惠政 策，总部基地（伦敦）投资有限公司负责人详细介绍 了他们的亚洲商务港项目与商机。双方探讨了伦敦为 对接中国房地产及酒店业海外投资所做的准备，中国 企业海外投资的挑战等议题，为考察团成员企业日后 的海外扩张之路提供决策参考。 高规格的商务考察得到了英国政要及中国在英投 资企业的高度重视。10 月 23 日下午，考察团应邀与 伦敦 Wandworth 大区市长 Stuart Thorn 茶聚，万达伦 敦公司总经理舒翔介绍了万达集团投资 10 亿英镑在伦 敦市中心开发的“酒店 + 房地产”项目，绿地集团（英 国）投资公司董事总经理钱文颢介绍了绿地在伦敦的 旧城改造项目，参加代表踊跃交流，获益良多。市长 对中国企业家的到访表示高度欢迎，赞扬了中国企业 在英国的多项投资以及对英国经济社会作出的贡献。

British Government and officials also introduced several packages policies at the same time. On Oct.23rd, London Mayer, Stuart Thorn, invited the participants to the afternoon tea and shared the Greenland Group (UK)’s 1 billion pounds project with the representative from Greenland Group.

Celebrity Banquet Besides the general events of business tour, the celebrity banquets are another highlight of the event. There were four amazing celebrity banquets during the tour. The CEO of Oak Investment Management (who built British Museum) welcomed the participants with a great banquet. In Paris, the Commercial Counselor of Chinese Consulate in France welcomed the tour with a seafood banquet. In Bordeaux, the local landlord welcomed us with good wine and Michelin foods. At last, the celebrity banquet held in Paris and the participants and locals had established a longlasting friendship by the tour.

Shaping the Spirits at Cambridge On Oct.22 nd, we visited the Cambridge University. The president of Vanke Group, Wang Shi, used to study here. We invited the teacher of Wang Shi, Michael Kuczynski, to give a lecture about the international economic form and real estate investment strategy. We also had our dinner with Michael. Wine Tour The center of wine locates Bordeaux, France. During Oct.27 -28, the tour visited the winery in Bordeaux. There are more than hundreds of wineries here, we picked up the best couples of wineries to visit. We visited the Chateau Latour and Domaine de Chevalier. We had learned lots of knowledge of wine and tasting.

Knowledge, History and Spirit The UK is the place where you find the unity of knowledge, history and spirit. The Blenheim Palace was the first stop after we arrived at the UK. It is the only non-royal non-episcopal country house in England to hold the title of palace, and where the former Prime Minister Winston Churchill was born. At Windsor, we appreciated the taste of royalty, feeling the sense of lux and esteem. Along with the path of industrial evolution, we came to London, busy and crowded. With over 400 years of history, the Buckingham Palace is still standing in the middle of the cosmopolitan, with a sense of age and dignity. Downing Street is where the Prime Minister stays. And the masterpieces collected in the British Museum has shocked us too.

玛 歌 球 场（Golf De Margaux） 是 我 们 游 往 法 国 的重要一站。比较特别的是，这是一个弥漫着“红酒 香”的高尔夫球场，只因它坐落在世界十大名庄之一 的玛歌酒庄的区域。球道从两旁望去皆是葱郁的榆树， 从 Tee 台开始，横跨湖区，到酿酒库房而止。优美的 景致正如我们当时的心情，愉悦与陶醉。随着相处时 间的增长，我们的友情也日渐深厚，我们会记住在浪 漫的林中绿茵上挥洒汗水的那一刻，也会更加珍惜旅 途中的伴侣，以及，在旅途中所建立的珍贵情义。
TOUR Golf with Friendship As the word “GOLF” stands for “Green, Oxygen, Light and Friendship”, we enjoyed the pleasure it gave to us. It was 20 th , October when we arrived at the Goodwood Golf Club, which was built in 1914, and it is a complex private club with golf, horse racing, hotel, motor racing and helicopter. Another golf yard we visited was the Golf De Margaux. Located in the center of Chateau Margaux, the golf club shares the natural beauty with the chateau. As we played golf, our friendship with the host grew.
