The spaniard Chef Ramón freixa has had the influence of cooking since his birth. He comes from a family of bakers and cooks of the town Castellfollit de Riubregós. He is one of the brightest cooks of Spain. In his cooking he reveals his innovaBve character, his great passion are products, flavors and Mediterranean scents. His dishes are presented in a playful way with a defined flavor.

He is the first chef with 2 Michelin stars that arrives to Colombia. Ramón Freixa is a perfeccionist, innovaBve and risky, qualiBes that he transmits into his cooking. It is essenBal for him to sell a space for happiness in his restaurant, because like he says “everything is important, not only food”. In 2013, his restaurant RAMÓN FREIXA MADRID was awarded with the prize Restaurant of the year, by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy (CAG).

Each corner of Erre is amazing. Its decoraBon is classic, modern, baroque, minimalist, eclecBc and full of surprises and idenBty. The Spaniard architect and decorator Ignacio Garcia de Vinuesa, who has designed more than 200 hotels and restaurants around the world, was the one in charge of giving it the idenBty to each space of the restaurant.

Candles, lamps, marine logs, items and anBquary objects, accomplish a unique, new and cozy ambiance. The decoraBon has a lot of textures, colors and warmth. Each environment has its own personality. There is a Luis XV furniture mixed with something modern, a thai garden, armchair with manual wood design, pots imported from Thailand, industrial crystals and show windows. All of these, mixed with Caribbean touches, make Erre a very unique place.




It is the first ambience. The idea is to have something small here before going to dinner. You can arrive in group to share, to eat informally with cutlery or with the fingers in low tables. The cocktalis are superb. Its capacity is for 40 people.

Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday: 12:00m – 3:00pm/ 7:00pm – 11:00pm (last reservaBons at 10 pm) In case monday is a holiday, the restaurant will be open on that day with regular schedule and closed on tuesday.



It is the second ambience. Erre Bistronómico features meats and fishes seasoned only with olive oil and salt. The side dishes and salts are located in the center of the table so that each person finds his/her favorite combinaBon and can savour according to taste. Also the grill, the roaster and the coal have special leading role, just like the Spaniard ingredients. It offers the best of the season. Its capacity is for 90 people and counts on a reserved area called La mesa del Chef (12 people). •  •

We don’t have a children’s menu. The reservaBons with children’s presence are only made between 7:00 and 7:30 pm.

Erre Gourmet is the most exclusive ambience of Erre. Here a tasBng menu is served with 7 samplings (short menu) or 10 samplings (long menu) in unique menu, which Ramón Freixa calls “gastronomic experiences”. It is very luxurious and synonym for gourmet cooking. Its capacity is for 15 people.

A reservaBon must be made with 24 hours of anBcipaBon. We don’t have a children’s menu. It is not allowed to come in with short pants.

On last october 19 of 2013 Terraza Effe was inaugurated, the fourth ambience of Erre de Ramón Freixa Restaurant, where our customers can enjoy the tapas menu, cocktails and wine menu. On Fridays and Saturdays we offer a spectacular live DJ inside the restaurant.

About 160 references and it is planned to get to 400, including Spaniard, Italian, New Zealand, Romania, Australia, Israel, ArgenBna wines among others.

Besides, you can enjoy the exclusive tonic water Fever Free and different gins like Hendricks, London No. 1 and premium liquors.
