Clinical History 26 year old male presents with a painless but enlarging mass at the dorsum of the hand The mass had previously been diagnosed as a ganglion cyst based on clinical examination The patient was sent for an ultrasound-guided aspiration of the presumed ganglion Preliminary ultrasound demonstrated a soft-tissue mass with no ganglion cyst features The mass contained a small amount of internal Power Doppler flow demonstrating vascularity of the lesion
