TERMS & CONDITIONS Terms of the sale are cash or check. All cattle must be settled for at the conclusion of the auction. Cattle will not be released from the sale premise until payment is received in full.

CATTLE HEALTH Seller guarantees all animals will be able to pass a health to cross state lines. State regulations vary from state to state and will be processed accordingly. If an animal does not pass state regulations it is the seller’s responsibility.

PREGNANCY GUARANTEE All cattle are guaranteed bred at the time of sale by consignor. Buyers have the option to recheck the cattle by a certified veterinarian, at cost of the buyer, before they leave Loma Livestock. If an open cow is found a refund will be issued.

LIABILITY All persons attending do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise, for the safety or the behavior of the animals, or any loss of property.

CATTLE VIEWING The sale offering will be on display for viewing at Loma Livestock all day Friday, November 21, 2025.

ANNOUNCEMENTS Announcements from the auction block regarding the cattle selling will take precedence over any written material.

DELIVERY Buyer is responsible for transport of cattle after the sale unless prior arrangements have been made with the seller.

ONLINE BIDDING The sale will be broadcast live on www.cattleusa.com and online bidding is available there. Please sign up to bid online at cattleusa.com prior to sale day.
