(Slide #17) Furthermore, as a role of a mentor, we focus on counseling the teenagers and helping to solve realistic problems inside the family. The Famtors have heartwarming conversations to solve psychological problems during school life or troubles with the family members and give them some advice to overcome these conflicts. Famtors can also become objective judges for the conflicts between family members. They can objectively figure out the main reasons for the problems such as alcoholic father or mother with a mental disorder to send to a rehab center. Due to this, they can solve realistic issues between the families. Also, there are plenty of benefits being a Famtor. They are mostly college students or graduates who majored in education or psychology. They have to go through several strict processes to apply for this program as Famtor. The qualities that we require are the dedication and basic capacity to help teens. They can earn great experiences during these programs and have pride for volunteering to actually help those teens needing a hand. There would also be a policy to approve this program with the same benefits of internships to help them have privilege when writing regimes for a job.
