We are seeking a Sales and Training Contractor to fill a versatile role and has the ability to achieve sales budgets, deliver our comprehensive training course to new franchisees. Key responsibilities include: -Selling new Green Acres franchises -Managing the recruitment Pipeline -Building a network of advocates and generating new franchisee referrals -Training of new franchisees, includes theory and practical -Liaising with Franchise Support Managers Skills and experience required: -Proven Sales -Ability to build strong referral network -Attention to detail -Strong and positive work ethic -Computer literacy -Good personal presentation -Customer Service Demonstrated experience in sales is critical, recruitment and training would be an advantage.
