-Anonymous Hello Neighbors, I hope the new year is off in a positive direction for you and your family. This magazine was created for neighbors by neighbors and keeps growing. If you would like to contribute to the magazine, please send me an email or hit me up on the Chisholm Springs Residents' Facebook page.

Congratulations to our neighbors at 115 Indian Gap for winning December's Yard of the Month (page 6). A special thank you goes out to Kristin Miller for her graphic design help on this issue. Be sure to enjoy her Suduko game (page 12) and the 2020 collage project (page 14), and to Stephanie Coldwell for her helpful organizational tips on page 12.

HOA Update ** Important Contact Information Below ** Hi Neighbors, Just a friendly reminder, The Chisholm Springs Residents Facebook Group is a neighborhood group for neighbors to connect, socialize, get recommendations, make friends, etc. It is not a Homeowners Association Page where questions about HOA rules and regulations can be specifically answered.

The Facebook page is meant to provide social connections between neighbors. While the HOA board and event committee members may post information and updates, they do so as a courtesy. Please remember that our board members are fellow homeowners, neighbors, and volunteers.

The HOA Board maintains a website and a notification system through the Remind App. See how to join Remind on page 2. The Board employs a management company to oversee and manage our community, and it is Spectrum's job to directly assist homeowners.

New gym equipment is on the way.

Until the equipment arrives, only free weights are available in the gym.

3 things to know before heading to the gym: 1: If you are new to the community or have not done so, fill out the new waiver and form: https://chisholm-springs.com/car 2: Email your forms to the board. email: Board@ChisholmSprings.com 3: Your card will be activated within 24-48 hours of receipt. If you need a new card, then a Board Member will reach out to you about obtaining one.

There will be a MAXIMUM of two (2) people in the gym. The HOA will be monitoring the camera system and card system.

Whoever enters the area and goes overcapacity will then have their card privileges revoked, along with a violation and fine.

Please practice and adhere to all COVID safety protocals.

It's the little things that add up to reducing organizational stress. Try these timesaving tasks to make your life simpler.

Tip #2 Create more space in the pantry with this simple hack Install an over-the-door hanger on your pantry for spices, foil, plastic wrap, and so much more. Doing this simple organization hack will free up muchneeded shelf space.

Food Storage Containers Stack containers from smallest to largest. Place lids in a separate bin so they are all in one place and don't fall out the cabinet once opened.

Throw it way If you have too many cups or cups you don't use, it is okay to get rid of them! If they don't stack or easily fit in the cabinet, make your life easier by throwing them away.
