• 4 large tortillas

• 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)

• 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)

• 1 cup grape tomatoes (sliced in half)

• ½ cup cooked bacon crumbs

• 1 avocado (diced)

• ¼ cup Caesar dressing

• Optional: Parmesan cheese (shaved or shredded)

INSTRUCTIONS:

On the tortilla, layer lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, bacon, and avocado. Drizzle with Caesar dressing. Add Parmesan cheese and roll up.

TIP: Use a rotisserie chicken to save time!

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 large tortillas

• 1 ½ pounds chicken breast

• ½ cup sweet-chili sauce

• ¼ cup soy sauce

• Juice of one lime

• Green lettuce

• 1 Daikon radish (shredded)

• 1 cup cucumber (diced)

• 2 cups carrot (shredded)

• ½ red onion (sliced)

• Sweet peppers (chopped)

• Garnish: Fresh cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine chicken, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice in pot over medium heat. Simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked. Shred chicken, turn heat to low, and let chicken simmer and sauce thicken. On tortilla layer lettuce, shredded veggies, chicken, and drizzle on extra sweet chili sauce, then roll up.
