A Welcome HOME

s we move into the spring market for 2025, I find myself with a lot to be grateful for. While 2024 was full of change and surprises, HOME enjoyed an unprecedented level of continued success. The company focused on providing our agents with the tools and knowledge they needed to navigate the many changes in residential real estate and as a result our business grew by 63%.

HOME agents once again lead the industry in per-agent production, more than double that of our closest competitors. The synergy in the HOME office has allowed our agents to

thrive, even in a market with reduced inventory. As one of the few locally owned non-franchise companies remaining in the city, HOME is uniquely positioned to offer our clients bespoke marketing and personalized service.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, increased production means we are able to be even more supportive of Atlanta’s cultural and charitable institutions.

The agents of HOME are honored to support WellspringLiving as a PREMIER SPONSOR of Cathedral Giving by Design.
