I am excited to present the second issue of HOME’s Portfolio, which is now reaching more than 12,000 Atlanta area residences. 2023 was a year of challenges in our industry. Like every other aspect of their careers, the extraordinary agents of HOME saw each of these challenges as an opportunity to learn, adapt, and thrive, and HOME’s collaborative environment became an important piece of both our agents and their clients’ success.
We have added several industry leaders to the HOME roster in the last few months. We have also launched an intensive new
agent program. HOME is growing, but our commitment to being the best residential real estate company is unwavering. HOME agents continue to lead not only Atlanta but also the industry as a whole in per-agent production and charitable impact. We are particularly proud of our involvement with The Boyce L. Ansley School, culminating in sponsoring the Cathedral Tour of Homes in January, with all the proceeds going to the school.

REAL ESTATE TIPS
Don’t try to time interest rate fluctuations when entering the real estate market. In today’s environment, home prices continue to rise while interest rates are hard to predict. Buy now, and when rates drop, refinance. This portal will grant you direct access to FMLS, the database that Realtors use, which is much more accurate than other home search engines.
Whether you are selling a house or staying put, it is always a great idea to refresh your front door mat, flower pots and do some pressure washing! These three quick fixes will go a long way!
Sellers, work with your agent and put in the time readying your home to list –you’ll be glad you did! Buyers, prepare for your search. Talk to an agent and lender to best understand the market and process. It will pay off!
