In February, two major construction-related virtual events suffered technical difficulties that interfered with attendee access to the online exhibits. Although the educational sessions at both IBSx (International Builders’ Show) and KBISvirtual (Kitchen & Bath Industry Show) went ahead as scheduled, the product introductions were offline, prompting show officials to offer refunds to the attendees. Although the technical problems impeded press coverage of the new products, HIR worked behind the scenes to get the scoop on some of the latest rollouts for the kitchen and bath.
