PURCHASING A HOLT HOME

Once you’ve found your desired floor plan, you’ll work closely with a Holt sales representative to align on price, sign the sales agreement and submit your earnest money.

PERSONALIZE YOUR SPACE

It’s time to pick the details that will make the home truly yours. Our design experts will collaborate with you to curate those personalized touches.

MEET YOUR SUPERINTENDENT

Together, you’ll review your site plan, design selections, and estimated building timelines, and your superintendent will answer any questions about the construction process during this pre-construction meeting.

VISUAL PROGRESS TRACKING

Throughout your home build journey, you’ll begin receiving periodic photo updates, allowing you to witness the transformation of your new home from foundation to completion.

PRE-DRYWALL CHECK-IN

During the pre-drywall check-in you’ll join the superintendent for a walk through of your home, reviewing the electrical, plumbing, structural, and HVAC installations before drywall is installed.

PRE-OCCUPANCY ORIENTATION

Here you’ll get familiar with your new home and how to care for it, including your home’s 2-10 Warranty and maintenance responsibilities.

HOMEOWNER SIGN-OFF (HOSO)

You’ll walk through the house one last time with your superintendent team to verify that everything in the home is 100% complete and to industry standard.

WARRANTY: 30-DAY CHECK-IN

Once you’ve had a bit of time to get comfortable in your new home, one of our community team members will check-in to ensure the house is functioning exactly as it should.

In accordance with your complimentary warranty, you’ll receive reminders from our customer care team to submit any claims prior to the end of your first twelve months.

Carissa collaborates closely with her clients to create personalized designs that seamlessly blend functionality, aesthetics, and the unique vision of each homeowner.  In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, friends and her Chocolate Lab, Brooks.

DESIGN CONSULTANT

Fabiola was born and raised in Columbia to a large family in a close-knit farming community.  It was here that she developed a skill for creating functional and beautiful designs for our most special places, our homes.  After moving to the United States, Fabi pursued a formal education in the field of Interior Design. She is passionate about creating practical, elegant spaces that bring harmony and joy to each of her clients.

Fabi enjoys traveling, exploring the National Parks, and has found a love for skiing.
