Once you’ve done your homework on location and financing, you’ll work with our team to choose a home and sign the sales agreement.
Design & prep for build*
Visit our design team in Lake Oswego to choose finishing touches, then meet on-site at your new home for two pre-construction meetings.
Close the deal
Get familiar with your new home with a new home and warranty, conduct a final walk-through, sign off on your home and loans, then get your keys!
Check-ins & warranty
Check-ins are conducted with your superintendent at 30-day, 6-month, and 1 year goalposts. Work with our team to repair anything covered by warranty.
