Psalm46:1-3
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountainstrembleatitsswelling.

Process is a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end. The process does not guarantee the outcome, but it offers valuable knowledgeandlearningopportunities along the way. In the process, uncertainties, challenges, and problems will be faced and stepping up to meet the requirements to overcomethisobstaclesisnotalways easy.

“Educationisthemostpowerfulweaponwhichyoucan usetochangetheworld”.
A weapon that motivates the M them in the future. A vision th dreams is even a challenge for makeithappen.
A far-flung area with 38 crossing the river, but dedicated to providing education for their children. This is the message of the first people who want to achieve their dreams: “Now we have learned throughtheguidanceofHOLPFIhowtoprocessthe documents required from the government, so whatwewantisnottofollowourselvesfirstbutfor our children to have an education. We also see thatourchildrenareincreasinginnumber.Sonow isthetimetodoit.”Mayi Education Representative, “LoningTani”.

KuyaArman
In the long run, this representative was replaced by another passionate leader of the community, whose name is Armando Sadiwa. A widowed Sitio Leader with three children, no left hand, but a person with a big heart for the education of the children andthedevelopmentofthecommunity. He is a shy leader when it starts to dreaming for the future of the community in education Despite the shyness, it is not a hindrance, and he paves away his big heart for the children’s future to have land fortheschoolbuildingandforthefamily.A process that needs a lot of patience to achieve due to the many requirements to be submitted to government agencies. ArmandoSadiwashared,“Iwillnotgiveup on my dreams to have school inside the community, even though there is sometimes no support from the community, and I used my personal pocket money. If the change can benefit all the children, they will learn to read, write, and count, and later on, they may not like me unfinished even at a grade level.”
Despite the difficulties, it did not give him space to give up and not pursue his vision for the children of the community Instead, it drives and motivates him more to bring education to the community people in one place where the children cannot walk and cross38timesintheriver.
After the school was established with school I.D. and this end of May, the first batchofgraduatesofthechildrenofAlsabi Elementary School, Mr. Sadiwa shared his experience and learnings: “It is difficult to takemeasurestodevelopthecommunity from one ' s own ability. Despite this, becauseofourhardwork, wearealready experiencing success. Because of HOLPFI, my knowledge has expanded, and I have been given work that has a wider scope thanbefore.”
It is undeniable that if one has vision, he or shewillfindawaytoachieveit, especiallyif he or she can see the purpose of their existenceinthisworld.
Havinganopenheartcanalsobringmany opportunities to capacitate the ability in leadership and bring a greater purpose. Nowadays, a purpose is not given much importance by many people because personal interests and ambitions come first.

KAPASA Project concludes the year 2023 with avibrantdisplayofhandcraftedorigami.Gifts beneath the tree are wrapped in bright and beautifulcoloredpaper.Christmasmusicwas played, and caroling was commonplace Christmas is definitely in the air. A season of giving, joy, and recognizing the greatest gift theLordhasbestoweduponus
We envision an empowered community where people lift each other to reach their common goal, we’ve come to reflect on the giftwecangive.

1 Corinthians 12:4-6 states,
“Now there are varieties of gifts, butthesameSpirit;and therearevarietiesofservice, butthesameLord;andthere arevarietiesofactivities, butit is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.”

How we appraise the community where we operate will determine what present we should provide. A meaningful gift, one from which the recipients will gain the greatest and may use to improve their current circumstances. We can rise from our lowest point and breathe onceagain.

Act of Service: 2024 has just begun, but the team strives to gain market recognitionandattentionfromthepublic. By March 26, by the initiative of Nay Lena Taywan’s family, the small KAPASA Project’s mini store rose on the corner of the road heading to Hydro Paitan River. On the same day before we finished the hut we got to sell two pieces of crafts.
