The recently planted blueberry bushes at a neighborhood park were eager to serve as the subject for the Fingertip Press’ first Snippet Story book, Blueberries: from blossoms to fruit. As dainty blossoms they were incredibly sweet and gifted numerous lovely images. When the blossoms segued into fruit, the buds remained eager to pose as their colors shifted and berries emerged. Luckily, two ripe blueberries were captured before the abundant urban wildlife discovered a tasty treat.
