Advised a luxury lifestyle hospitality brand on U.S. data security and privacy compliance requirements, including the global development and implementation of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) compliance programs
Represented a developer in connection with a settlement agreement and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure of an approximately $1 billion mixed-use, ground-up construction project in Bellevue, Washington, which includes a luxury hotel, retail space and two luxury condo towers; pursuant to prolonged and challenging negotiations between the lender and developer, the developer will remain involved in the project as "executive founder"

Represented a London-based hospitality group known for its portfolio of high-end restaurants and bars as the tenant in connection with a 12,103-square-foot, 10-year term lease with two five-year renewal options to be located within a mixed-use development project in Beverly Hills, California
Served as lead counsel in the dismissal with prejudice of a lawsuit against a timeshare developer for alleged violations of the Florida Vacation Plan and Timesharing Act and alleged fraudulent inducement and obtained an award of attorney’s fees against the “timeshare exit” lawyers who filed the case
Represented a luxury hotel company in a West Hollywood, California, development, comprising a single-building hotel with branded residences and shared amenities; negotiated and prepared residential sales and marketing license agreements, management agreements, master and condominium governing documents, and California-compliant residential sales documents
