FINANCIALS IN 2022 FINANCIALS IN 2022

The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is proud to report another year of strong support from our amazing donors whose generosity ensured resilience in our Camp, Hospital Outreach and Family Outreach experiences. As we look ahead towards growth and expansion in our programming and service area, we remain committed to fiscal prudence, ensuring sustainability and high-quality programming for every child we serve.
Thank YOU for making this possible.
Although recent years have felt unpredictable and challenging, one thing is certain: the unwavering support of The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp’s donor community. Because of you, 2022 was another financial success. Once again, our fiscal year concluded in the positive, helping Hole in the Wall introduce new programs, expand existing services, and continue investing in staff and infrastructure to buttress the ongoing reach and growth of Camp.
We must tip our hats to Kevin Magee, now retired after 30 years of service as Camp’s CFO. James Takami, who replaces Kevin, will continue a legacy of disciplined financial management, which, once again in 2022, kept expenses below our revenue. And we must also express appreciation to our Finance Committee whose fiscal stewardship and guidance nurtured steady growth in Camp’s net assets.

But none of this is possible without you – contributors who believe, as we do, in the magic of Camp – whether in our residential program in Ashford, Conn., in hospitals across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, or in the homes of our campers and their families. We know firsthand the transformative power of your generosity. And we thank you for your continued trust and partnership.
