THE RUSSIAN INVASION OF UKRAINE On February 24th, Russia invaded Ukraine and started what could be the largest war in Europe since World War II. Over half a million people have already fled for safety as fierce fighting continues to expand across Ukraine. What are the roots of this conflict? What role has the US and NATO played in the lead-up to the invasion? And what response seems most humane and constructive going forward?
