More than one failure to log minimum weekly patient encounters on time will result in a three (3) point deduction from the OVERALL ROTATION GRADE. Each additional failure to log will result in a one (1) point deduction from the overall rotation grade. Please make sure to perform, rather than observe or assist as many procedures as possible, as credit is given only for those logged as “performed”.
