It was a pleasure to see so many of you over the summer season; we hope that you’ve made some wonderful memories – we certainly have!
We’re now busy planning for the winter season and although the daylight hours are getting shorter, we’ve still got plenty planned for you. This issue features our summer highlights, new owner events, new festive menu and lots more we’re excited to tell you about – read on to find out more!

Holidays at Hoburne are all about making memories, and we want to offer you the chance to share your most treasured ones.


Perhaps you met that special someone in your life at one of our parks. Maybe you come back again and again, because your Hoburne holiday home is your little slice of heaven. It could be just one special summer’s evening, a hand held on the beach or a friend you’ve never forgotten but would love to reconnect with.


Just let us know by emailing maddie.fs@hoburne.com with a few brief details and your contact information. If your story is then chosen, you will be contacted in advance and could soon be featured on our website and one of our regular owner and guest marketing communications.



We have an exciting announcement!
In the next few weeks, we will be sharing some changes to our managed letting scheme, including a rolling contract and a price freeze on the cost of cleaning and linen. In the meantime, if you are interested in joining the managed letting scheme for 2026, please email Shaun, our Guest and Owner Experience Manager, at: shaun.jonhson@hoburne.com for more information.
If you notice any water leaks around the park, or the land around your holiday home is wet when everywhere else is dry, please notify reception.
If you have a leaking tap or a constantly running toilet, we will fix it for you free of charge. And if a new tap or toilet is needed, we will not charge you for the team’s time to change this.
The Bay is now taking owner bookings!
To book your table, visit The Bay to fill in our physical reservation book. We ask that you try to give us at least 24 hours notice as tables are limited.
We will be offering a £150 park credit to all owners’ who have no outstanding rent ledger balance on 14th December 2025 in respect of all charges (including utilities). Your account needs to show a balance of zero (or be in credit) by close of play, 14th December 2025. Your balance can be checked on the Hoburne Owners’ app.
New maintenance packages for winter are now live for owners to prepare for the cooler months. If you haven’t done so already, please let us know from the days listed in our ‘Winter is coming’ leaflet which dates work best for you for us to complete a drain down and reconnection of your holiday home. Ask the Guest and Owner Experience Team if you need one of these leaflets.
The owners’ app was launched on 15th July 2025. If you would like a member of the team to help you get logged in and start using it, please bring your device to the reception desk and the Guest and Owner Experience Team will be happy to help you.
Keep an eye out for our upcoming Annual Owners’ Survey to have your say. We truly appreciate all of our owners feedback and strive to make your experience with us as hassle-free as possible.

We had an amazing summer packed with activities and memorable moments. In July, we had our Owners’ 70s Night at The Bay. There was a 70s themed buffet, with prawn cocktails, cheese & pineapple, black forest gateau and much more!
We had an inflatable photo frame and got some great shots of our owners’, along with some fun entertainment!
We had our Owners’ BBQ Breakfast, Cider and Live Music in August, and our Cheese & Wine Night with a delicious range of cheeses and tasty wine selection.

This exciting, festive day out will take us to Exeter Christmas Market. The coach will pick us up from reception at 10am.

You can now get a delicious Sunday Lunch from The Bay, every Sunday from 12pm. From crispy roast potatoes, to tender meats and fluffy Yorkshire puddings - don’t miss out. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!















In July, we got a new addition the The Bay restaurant - Camden Pale Ale and Lager on draught! Treat yourself to a refreshing drink from The Bay today.
Our festive menu for 2025 is now available to view on our website! Get three courses for just £27.95 or £14.95 for kids. Examples from the new festive menu include Wild Boar with Plum Pate and traditional Leek & Potato Soup, which is vegan-friendly.
