User Guide

This guide is for Owners to understand the different functions of the tiles within the app and how to utilise these.

From your home screen select the “Hoburne Owners App”.

This can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.

The app will open with the following background.

Your home screen will show your unit/ units and the park they are located at.

Click the drop down menu on the top right corner.

This will load the Menu where you can log out if you have more than one account.

The button located in the bottom right corner is a booking button but we advise to make bookings directly through your unit tab as the booking will be allocated to the correct unit should you have multiple units.

To view your unit summary click on the unit tab, this will show a drop down summary.

To view your unit click “View”.

This will load the unit homepage.

Scroll down the page to view all tiles.

Activities

Activities is where you will be able to book and pay for your activities whilst on holiday.

To book “Activities” select the bottom right “+” button.

This will take you to the Activity Search.

Select the Park you wish to book your activity at from the drop down.

Enter the date period when you will be staying on park.

This WILL need a start and end date selected.

Select “Apply”.

Next you will be taken to the available activities for your stay.

Scroll through, select the Activity.

Select the “Apply” button and progress to the booking page.

The activity will load, please select the date you require. The time options and available spaces will show.

Select the time slot you wish to book.

Select the “Book” button, this will take you through to the tickets section.

Add the number of tickets required and click “Submit”.

Your booking information will show for the activity.

If you would like to add any notes to the booking such a children’s ages this can be done at the bottom of the page.

To make payment for the activity select the amount shown at the bottom of the booking.

You will be taken through to the payment platform.

Payment will be required for the booking to be confirmed.

To view your Activity Booking summary your will need to return to you home screen.

If you need to make any changes to your activity booking such as cancel select the ‘View’ button.

Scroll to the bottom of the booking and select ‘Cancel Booking’.

Select the ‘Confirm’ button.

31 When you return to the home screen you will be able to view the activity and the change to ‘Status’ which will be Cancelled.

Account Balance

Return to your unit home page to view all tiles and select “Account Balance”.

This will take you to your Finance page where you can view your balance and invoices.

From the ‘Account Balance’ tile you will be able to view your balance and pay invoices directly.

To pay an invoice directly see the following steps.

From your ‘Finance’ home screen you will see an outstanding balance.

Select the ‘Invoices’ tab this will display all invoices on account.

Select the invoice, from here you can View or Pay. This will display the date raised, due date of the payment along with the total amount and the outstanding amount to pay.

Select ‘Pay’ and this will take you the payment platform.

Enter your payment details and select the ‘Pay’ button.

Owner Bookings

Within the ‘Owner Bookings’ tile you will be able to view past and future bookings as well as creating an owner booking.

Return to your unit home page to view all tiles and select “Owner Bookings”.

This will take you to your bookings page where you can view upcoming bookings and make bookings.

Select “Make a Booking” The dates available to book will show in a solid colour.

The dates shown as grey are unavailable due to existing bookings, either your own or via the managed letting service.

Select the TO and FROM date range and select “Next”.

Enter the number of guests and select “Make a Booking”.

Add the guest names and select “Submit”.

You will be asked to confirm the booking.

Select “Continue” to confirm the booking.

Your booking will show as confirmed.

46 Return to your Booking Screen to view the confirmed booking.

To search for past bookings see the following steps

Select the ‘Bookings Filter’ and this will load the filter options.

Then select the ‘Date Range Calendar’.

This will load the calendar. Select the month to load the overall year view.

Select the month you wish to view bookings from and this will load the dates for that month.

Select the date you wish to start viewing from and then select ‘Submit date range’.

Choose the month you wish to set as the end date and select ‘Submit date range’.

Choose the end date and select ‘Submit date range’.

You will return to the filters screen.

From here you can toggle on to view ‘My Bookings Only’ or leave this off and view all bookings.

Once you have set the filters you require select ‘Apply Filters’.

This will then display the bookings dependant on the filters you have set.

Jobs

Within the ‘Jobs’ tile you will be able to view and add maintenance jobs for your unit.

Return to your unit home page to view all tiles and select “Jobs”.

All current jobs will show on your Jobs Tile.

To add a job select “Add a Job”

Within the ‘Job Description’ this is a free text box where you can enter the type of job for example drain down. The park maintenance team will see the description and be able to contact you to discuss.

You also have the option to ‘Add photo’ this is valuable should you have a job that requires repairs for example a broken light switch.

PLEASE remember to toggle “Permission to enter unit” if the team will require access.

Then select “Add Job”

Meters

The ‘Meters’ tile allows you to view meter readings taken for your unit.

Return to your unit home page to view all tiles and select ‘Meters’.

You will be able to view your meter readings for your unit and when they were taken.

Required Docs

The ‘Required Docs’ tile has your documents where you are able to view their status, expiry date and the ability to upload updated documents.

Return to your unit home page to view all tiles and select ‘Required Docs’.

All required documents will show on your Documents tile.

If you select a specific document it will show you further details.

The status will show whether a document requires updating or is approved.

To update a document that is out of date, select ‘Upload Document’.

This will take you to your Files folder on your phone where you can select the document.

Once you have uploaded the document it will show that the document has been added.

When returning to your Document Tile the status will change to ‘Pending Approval’ once the Park has checked and approved the document it will change to ‘Approved’ in the status.

Notifications

Notifications are where you will find updates for your Park.

These will remain in your notifications tile until the end date set by the Park.

Return to your unit home page to view all tiles and select ‘Notifications’.

You will be taken to the notifications that are specific to your Park. From here you will be able to select the notification and read the information.

My Details

INFO-CIRCLE

Within the ‘My Details’ tile you will be able to view your personal details and bank details. You will be unable to edit your personal details, these need to be done with the Park directly. You will be able to update your bank details through the app.

Please remember to speak to your Park directly regarding your marketing preferences and that they are kept up to date.

You will be able to view your personal details, should you require any changes please contact your Park directly.

If you try to save any changes you will see the following message.

If you would like to amend your ‘Bank Details’ this can be done on the ‘Bank Details’ tab.

Enter the changes you wish to make and select ‘Save Details’.

Park Documents

Within the ‘Park Documents’ you will be able to view communication and links from your Park.

Return to your unit home page to view all tiles and select ‘Park Documents’.

You will see all the Park Documents with click-able links to the relevant information.
