Whether it is an intimate gathering you are looking for, a celebration on a larger scale or an outdoor wedding in our Secret Garden, we are the perfect location for you.

With four reception suites to choose from and 56 individualised bedrooms, your special day can be held in one stunning location, with exceptional photographic areas to capture those treasured moments.

When it comes to your wedding menus, we have a wide choice to offer you. Using locally produced food

wherever possible, our chef will work with you to select the perfect combination for your celebration, whether it is a traditional 3 course meal, a BBQ or a special themed menu.

Whatever your dream wedding comprises of, Hall Garth’s wedding coordinators will assist you from the planning stages of your wedding. So whatever you have in mind, be it a traditional, formal, intimate or themed occasion, your wedding coordinator will ensure everything runs smoothly.

Oozing with character and individuality, there is so much to enjoy at Hall Garth Hotel. Nestled within a 70 acres of parkland, this beautiful hotel boasts a “Secret Garden” and a medieval deer hut amongst it delights.

A nine hole, par 72 golf, challenging course surrounds the hotel. Guests can indulge themselves in leisure facilities which include a sauna, steam room, indoor pool, whirlpool and gymnasium.

Oswald’s Restaurant in the heart of the hotel, serves an exceptional a la carte menu. In contrast the Stables Sports Pub serves up the hearty old traditional pub meals. All menus are sourced using local produce and offer particularly good value for money.

Ceremonies at Hall Garth Hotel & Country Club

Hall Garth Hotel understands that every ceremony is as unique as the couple getting married.

It is for this reason that we are able to offer beautiful intimate outdoor ceremonies in our walled Secret Garden or on the front lawns overlooking the stunning vista of the golf course. Alternatively we can host a larger group of up to 200 people to bear witness to the exchanging of vows.

The hotel is licenced to hold civil ceremonies and is an approved Qwest venue, which means that you know that we are a reliable and professional wedding venue.

The Bride and Groom are required to book the registrar direct to organise the official civil arrangements for the ceremony.

Hall Garth Function Rooms

Both of our Wedding Suites are located on the ground floor and accessible directly from the Car Park via a lovely wide, light and airy corridor.

The largest of our rooms is The Brafferton Suite which offers great flexibility, being able to sub-divide into smaller rooms where necessary. With its charming woodland views and warm, welcoming interior and dĂŠcor, it is perfect for any wedding.

The Summerson Suite is located in the extension of the hotel and has panoramic views and wide doors opening onto the front lawns, which is a perfect setting for welcome drinks and cocktails.

Accommodation

Both Suites have their own private bars and dance floors and lend themselves to most weddings no matter what the size.

If you wish for a more intimate affair, the light and airy conservatory with its panoramic views is the perfect setting for smaller weddings.

Between May and September, Saturday wedding bookings can only be taken for to include a day and evening reception. The hotel may also apply minimum requirements at other times. This should be confirmed with the hotel when booking.

Wedding night accommodation for the Bride and Groom is included in all Wedding packages.

Upon booking, the hotel will automatically reserve a number of bedrooms for weddings

guests who will receive a discount on our best available rates. The hotel has a number of feature bedrooms which include four poster beds, fireplaces, excellent views or lounge areas amongst others, and are perfect for a wedding celebration.

Established in 2006, we supply and hire bouncy castles in 5 sizes.

We have smaller castles (10’ x 12’ and 12’ x 15’), castles with an integral slide (18’ x 15’), adult castles (15’ x 18’) and adult castles with slide (21’ x 18’).

We can offer free delivery to our immediate area, a charge of £5 to £10 for deliveries further afield.
