As dawn approached, the sun was beginning to rise throughout the Biscayne Bay, in Miami, Florida, when a kid was born. At this time, nobody knew who he was, or who he would be, but this is where our story starts, when Asher Brady is born.

6 more years pass (summer) Asher’s room Asher: (Thinking)... I am so tired of everything, especially my parents and my terrible childhood. This needs to stop now. I am leaving today. (Starts Packing in a knapsack) Grandpa walks in, sees Asher packing. Asher: Grandpa Grandpa: Don’t worry, boy, I understand, I have always wanted for you to have liberties, but I am afraid to go against your fathers rules. Go now, before I regret this and remember I support you, and I always will, so count with me in this long journey ahead of you. Don't hesitate, seek me for support or advice. Asher: Thanks, Grandpa, I will see you again, when I find myself, until then I will not return home. Take care, Grandpa! (Secretly wishes to return home as a different person) *As they hug, Grandpa slips a strange package into Asher's sack.
(Leaves house, into the unknown world) (Has walked many miles along the road until hopping into a bus headed to the airport) Flies to Paris, 6 months pass Winter *walking through streets in a small town in France, where Asher has been the last couple of months* *walks into a local cafe and sits down* news is on the tv, Jack Brady, after his son mysteriously disappeared 6 months ago has issued a public statement in which he says he will continue with his business as he has lost hope of Asher returning.
As he Saw this, Asher knew that he would have to return home soon, but he felt that he still needed to learn a valuable lesson or concept. As he was searching his bag for money he noticed for the first time the small bundle at the bottom of the sack.
It was a small, wooden knife with strange symbols engraved on it. He deducted it to be japanese, as he knew the type of alphabet it was. He had met a japanese man which seemed to be wise and he might help Asher with this challenge.
Lian-yu was the name of the man that asher believed could help him. -Willpower and strength and the last symbol is a letter O. It hit asher instantly, his grandfather was named oliver, and this dagger symbolized their connection. It was his motivation, his "special weapon".
IVE LEARNT THAT I NEEDED MANY THINGS FROM MY PARENTS, HOWEVER, I NOW KNOW THAT IF I DO NOT STEP UP I WILL NEVER ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS. I ASPIRE TO ONE DAY BECOME AS SUCCESFUL AS MY FATHER, BUT A GOOD PERSON AS MY GRANDFATHER.
As asher opened the door, he saw his father at the bottom of the staircase, Asher yelled at him to turn back.
Wait! what? it asher‌?
Father! We Need to talk!
ASher Returns home, he finds his father and confronts him. his father apologizes, recognizes his mistakes, pleads asher to understand. Asher Accepts, he has found himself and he is ready to return home. in those 6 months in the foreign he learned many important lessons about life, and more importantly, about himself. Asher believes that the liberty he always dreamt about was always waiting for him at home, but he never knew how to look for it.
