BROOKS Hire expands to access

Familiar as Australia’s largest privately owned plant hire company, in 2021 Brooks Hire introduced a new division, Brooks Access.

Client demand for elevated work platforms and access equipment spurred the addition and there has been no pause since.

Brooks sourced industry expert, Claire Harrison to manage the Access division. Claire brings with her a wealth of experience in access equipment.

“We have a dedicated team of professionals, from our hire department through to our service department, which allows us to offer our customers a personalised service,” said Claire. “Customer service has always been at the forefront of our business, and it always will be.”

Since commencing, Brooks Access has taken delivery of a range of new equipment including articulated booms, telescopic booms, telehandlers, forklifts, and electric and rough terrain scissor lifts. There are now over 100 EWPs in their growing fleet, with new machines being delivered every week.

“Since launching, we’ve hit the ground running with machines going out the door as quickly as they come in and utilisation remaining high,” said Claire. “When you hire from Brooks Access, you’ll be getting new machines, with low hours, and the latest safety features. The new division has allowed the Brooks group to become a onestop shop for our clients. I am super excited to see how far we will go over the coming year.”
