True recovery is not about pushing through pain but understanding its message. Many believe in the phrase "no pain, no gain," but we see healing as an enhancer, not a punishment. The heart thrives when nourished, not depleted, and embracing a lifestyle of balance, movement, and selfcare strengthens it from the inside out.
A Heartfelt Story of Healing
Recently, we encountered a former guest of Hippocrates Wellness—a woman now 98 years old who looked decades younger. When she first came to us, she was battling arthritis and multiple sclerosis, conditions deemed "incurable" by top medical institutions. Within six months of embracing the Hippocrates lifestyle, she was free of pain and moving with ease. Two years later, her doctors confirmed that the plaques in her brain had disappeared, and she had no trace of MS. Ingredient
5 red peppers
3 ½ cups of flaxseed
½ of a red onion
3 garlic cloves
3 ta lespoons of chili powder
½ teaspoon of green salt or 1 teaspoon of kelp powder
4 ounces of fresh lemon juice
3 stalks of celery
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 pinch of cayenne powder
5 ½ cups of water
Meth d
Soak 2 ½ cups of flax seeds in 5 ½ cups ater for 3 hrs
Grind 1 cup of flax seeds into po der set aside lend the remaining ingredients and mix ith the soaked flax seeds
Stir in the flax seed po der
Spread evenly on a paraflex sheet and score
Dehydrate overnight at 110°F (43°C). Flip onto a mesh tray
Dehydrate until crispy. Store airtight.
