CB HOMBRE 541T3
CB CADENCE 63R MYTTY IN FOCUS
We could not think of a better way to lead off this year’s offering than a flush of a female who not only is a big part of this year’s sale, but one who promises to be a cornerstone breeding piece for years to come here within the Circle F program. In 2024, this female was acquired in the 2024 Genetic Edge sale for $52,000 from Fenco Farms. The daughters she left at Fenco will no doubt influence their program for generations. In the following pages, you’ll see a lot of PRB Big Deal 99J4 daughters that come straight out of the keep pen, and we believe they’ll be features on sale day. The 30F18 female offers the predictability and marketability we have all come to expect from the 30 cow family. Her EPD profile offering top 10% BW, IMF, REA along with top 5% stayability and top 15% WW. The mating and production potential here is endless. We believe she is one of the best females walking the pastures here at Circle F - here is your chance to get a piece of one of the elite cows in the breed.
The basis of the Phillips program from its inception was to acquire the most proven donors in the registry, mate them to the most cutting-edge sires, and then offer the resulting offspring in volume. Staying true to what made that cowherd famous in the southeast, we have decided to lead off the Circle F Brangus offering with 4 full sisters that are sired by the $50,000 past high seller PRB Big Deal 99J4. This is easily on of the most phenotypically consistent flushes you’ll see offered this spring. Across the board these flush mates are conservative in their frame, massive in the center body, and provide striking angularity. As you would expect, their genomically enhanced EPD’s read with plenty of growth and carcass while ranking among the breeder leaders for SC. There is nothing held back here, when you make the trip to Baxley this May, you’ll see the very best we’ve got to offer!

At Circle F Farms, we realize the challenges that arise from buying heifers that are short bred or even recently exposed this time of the year and then potentially hauling those cattle across the country. This year we chose to take a different approach in an effort in ensure that our customers have a greater level of success with their purchase.
The HBO period will last roughly 90-120 days. For an additional fee of $750 (due on sale day when you make settlement), purchasers are guaranteed a bred heifer that is confirmed pregnant through blood test or ultrasound. The buyer of any heifers that don’t breed will receive a full credit for the original price if she is not bred at the end of the HBO period. Essentially, this is opportunity ensure that your open heifers turn into bred heifers prior to delivery. HBO eligible heifers are notated throughout the catalog below their pedigree box. These females will be managed right alongside the Circle F replacement heifers that are being bred on the same timeline. Heifers will be AI’d once to a Circle F owned bull (see sales management for list of bull options - no outside semen will be accepted for use in the program), then turned out in a multi-sire group for no less than 60 days. The $750 fee includes feed, pasture, routine health, synchronization, chute service or parasite control at no additional cost. Semen and bull usage is also included as part of the $750 fee.
Once a heifer is confirmed safe in calf, they will be deemed a sound breeder with no further guarantees from Circle F. Transfer of papers on any female in the HBO program will be held until the female is confirmed pregnant.
In the event a heifer is not confirmed bred at the end of the HBO period, the buyer will receive a credit for the purchase price. That credit can be used in future Circle F sales in Baxley, Georgia. For the 2025 HBO program, any female not confirmed pregnant by September 1st will be considered a non-breeder and credit will be issued at that time.
The $750 HBO program fee is non-refundable.
Buyers are responsible for picking up and/or arranging trucking within two weeks of being notified of palpation results. Cattle left after that 2-week period will be assessed a daily boarding fee of $10/hd/day.
Circle F is not responsible for any death or veterinary expenses incurred by heifers in this program. We strongly recommend that buyer secure mortality insurance on any heifer that is left at Circle F for the HBO program.
